Bra läge, god frukost, uselt Wifi, ej acceptabel deposition
Pros:

Bra läge. Mycket god frukost och där det var trevlig personal. Fint hörnrum.

Cons:

Gillar inte att de tar 50 Euro per natt i deposition, förklaring att det finns minibar på rummet. Vi var 3 nätter, alltså 150 Euro i deposition som vi nu får vänta ett par dagar på att få tillbaka. Vi tog inget i minibaren. Rummet var betalt innan vi kom.
Dåligt Wifi, som knappt fungerar.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. In der Lobby lösen sich Teile der Holzdecke, das Badezimmer bräuchte eine Rundum Erneuerung. Was aber die enttäuschendste Erfahrung war: der Versuch der e-mail Kommunikation nach dem Aufenthalt: wir hatten einige neu eingekaufte Kleidungsstücke vergessen und mehrfach im e- mail danach gefragt. Ausser einer kurzen Mitteilung, dass die Anfrage weitergeleitet wird: nichts, keine Antwort.

Our brief stay was adequate, but the standard of this hotel is more a 3 star than a 4 star
Pros:

Good staff, fabulous location, excellent breakfast

Cons:

Air conditioning totally inadequate, especially in room 431
Shower in bath also dangerous - no rubber mat in bath, difficult access and very narrow bath tub
Elevator claustrophobic

Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Ich kenne dieses Hotel sehr gut. Parkieren kann man in der Nähe, man muss aber unbedingt reservieren. Die junge Dame an der Reception war sehr nett und besorgt alles richtig zu machen. Sie war aber erst seit einer Woche im Beau-Rivage und blieb trotz Hektik ruhig: Kompliment.

Cons:

Ich habe mich gefragt ob das super Beau-Rivage Team ausgewechselt wurde?... Neues Management?... Alles war leider chaotisch ... Schade! Ich hoffe, es pendelt sich wieder ein.

There is no bedside tables. Where do you put things that you need at night . Medication and water on the floor? No gym . Outside area not clean early in mornings.
