Short 2 days business trip

Pros:

Struttura molto molto bella, appena arrivi rimai di senza parole. Camere grandi pulite e curate nei dettagli. Materasso comodissimo e camere estremamente silenziose sia dall’esterno che dall’interno. Staff molto professionale, sicuramente tra i migliori hotel in cui sia stato.

Terrible front desk manager
Pros:

After staying here last year we thought it would be a great place to stay with our family pre-cruise.
We had booked an accessible room with safety grab bars by the toilet (which we confirmed a couple of weeks prior) as well as 2 standard rooms for the rest of our family.
Upon arrival our room was not ready as it had not been cleaned. We went & had lunch & came back later only to find out it was still not ready so they gave us a room they said was identical to what we were to get originally. The room was NOT accessible so back to the front desk we went. At this point we requested to see the manager. We explained our situation & he was rude & had zero interest in trying to help us. We asked if they could put a rush on the cleaning to which we were told nothing could be done. Eventually we did get into our originally booked room at around 6 pm which low & behold was fully accessible! Not identical to the first one.
We have emailed Hilton as well as the head manager of the hotel & have had no response. What a disappointing start to a family vacation! We will look elsewhere for accommodations in the future.

Pros:

Paula was an exceptional waitress at the Taste at the Embassy suites cocktail bar. She was very attentive but not intrusive. Very happy and happy we were here again. (Once a year)

Thank you Andrew.
Pros:

We always choose this hotel pre cruise. The location and staff are always perfect.
However this time it went way beyond expectations.
We were having trouble with our Hilton honors account and Andrew., behind reception must have spent half an hour with us sorting it out and getting us re signed in.
He was patient and so so helpful.
Thank you Andrew. A credit to your hotel.
