Lovely big hotel, the room was perfect with a lounge area.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, when we arrived it was only 8am due to disembarking a cruise. We were aware of check in time but wanted to leave our bags, when we arrived the reception staff offered to let us check in now for $50 dollars and we got 2 free drink vouchers and breakfast too.

Cons:

Nothing that i can think of that would have changed our stay

Bonito hotel
Pros:

El hotel es muy agradable, tiene buenos espacios, el desayuno es bueno aunque no muy variado, las habitaciones son comodas pero les hace falta mantenimiento.

Cons:

En la habitacion la llave del lavamanos y algunos enchufes estaban dañados.

estadia boa, serviço de transfer inadequado

Comprei um tansfer do hotel para o aeroporto na madrugada e o atendente colocou no papel o horário errado e eu não percebi, na madrugada tive que pagar por outro transfer e como estava vindo embora acabei perdendo o dinheiro que paguei no serviço do hotel. O hotel foi bom, o serviço de transfer for perdido.

De ter perdido o serviço pago de transfer.

I would not recommend
Pros:

I like the area that the hotel was sitting in as well as some of the amenities, including the free snacks and drink tickets.

Cons:

My room smelled of mildew when I complained about it, they offered to thin housekeeping, which would not fix the problem, considering I believe the carpet and other things in the room had gotten wet when I pulled my ironing board out of the closet. The whole bottom half was soaking wet and I was unable to use it.

Great Location, Just Needs a Little Love.
Pros:

The location was great, close to many attractions, restaurants, shopping etc. The pool was very inviting and the water feature on the ground floor was visually appealing. The beds were comfortable, and the room had ample space and did not feel cramped at all. Although parking was expensive spaces were always available and the valet was always on hand.

Cons:

Bathroom fixtures, particularly the shower head (dirty) and shower curtain (torn and tattered), which they did after speaking to a manager, but maintenance replaced it with a defective shower head that was only marginally cleaner. Room Service did not come every day and when they did it didnt feel like they spent any time to clean, only change towels and empty the bin, the Wi-Fi was intermittent particularly on nights when there was a lot of people in the hotel.

Recommended if you are taking a cruise and need some where for a rest.
Pros:

Convenient location for before cruise boarding or after cruise stay. Swimming pool is a great place to kill time and enjoy the Florida’s sunshine. The breakfast choices are plenty.

Cons:

The lifts were too slow.
