Old hotel, slightly worn. Good location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Location is excellent to visit Helsinki city center museums and shopping. Easy to catch public transport, on walking distance from railway station. Breakfast was OK. Staff was polite and helpful.

Cons:

There is a gym in 8th floor where they play some ball games. Noise comes to 7th floor guest rooms, but only during daytime and evening, so it doesn't bother sleeping.
Soap dispensers in bathroom and shower are difficult to use for people with limited finger strength (elderly or children): you have to squeeze it firmly to get soap out. Bring your own soap pump if you finger strength is limited.

Pros:

Aamupala oli riittävän hyvä ja monipuolinen. Parasta oli todella hyvin haudutettu kaurapuuro, varmaan parasta mitä olen koskaan syönyt!

Cons:

Huoneesta oli karsittu kaikki ylimääräinen pois. Jääkaappia toivoisin. Kuluneet ja nahjuiset tuolit?

Aamiainen oli runsas ja maukas. Oli hiljaista yöllä.

Cons:

Kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut laskutilaa omille tavaroille. Eteisestä puuttui tuoli, jolle levittää matkalaukku, tilaa olisi ollut sille. Huone oli riittävän tilava mutta huonekalujen järjestys ei toiminut. Naulakko eteiseen ja lisää hengareita.

Pros:

- Breakfast is decent
- storage room is really big and you can use freely
- room look exactly like the photo

Cons:

- the hotel is really not that far from the train station, but with heavy luggages and uphill. It felt like forever.
- there is no slipper in the room. And since our luggage has been dragged from the train station, there are dirt and gravel allover the floor.
- the bed is a bit sinking.
- there are about 3 steps in front of the hotel (for those who concern about dragging luggage through steps)
