Très chouette pas de regret
Pros:

J’ai aimé la proximité avec le bus
L’emplacement avec la vue sur New York est superbe
La chambre grande et spacieuse

Cons:

Nous sommes français et j’ai trouvé que quand on ne parle pas bien français, à l’accueil pas d’effort pour que nous comprenions et si besoin d’info dans le séjour, réponses très approximatives

Pratique, confort et bon rapport qualité/ prix
Pros:

L’hôtel est vraiment accessible en transport depuis Manhattan (10-15min de bus ou 10 min de ferry), je conseil de prendre les tickets par 10 aux automates NJ transit. Les prestations de l’hôtel sont top et surtout il y a une super vue sur la SkyLine new-yorkaise ! Le personnel très gentils, et reste disponible, vraiment j’ai rien à redire !

Perfektes Hotel für einen New York Trip
Pros:

Perfekte Aussicht auf Manhattan. Super Anbindung in ca. 20 Minuten per Fähre oder Bus nach Manhattan. Guten Frühstück ganz ohne Einwegplastik.

Cons:

Sehr teure Gastronomie. Einige Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wirkten unmotiviert und lustlos.

Cons:

Otelin konumu ve genel imkanları fena değildi ancak yaşadığım bir durum beni ciddi şekilde rahatsız etti. Türkiye’den yaptığım bir alışverişin kargosu, önceden otelle konuşup onay almam üzerine otele teslim edildi. Bana adreslerini kullanabileceğimi söylemişlerdi ve ürün teslim bilgisi elimdeydi.
Otele giriş yaptığım gün paketi sorduğumda, oldukça ilgisiz ve kaba bir tavırla “Yoksa yoktur” şeklinde cevap aldım. Teslim edildiğine dair maili göstermeme rağmen yardımcı olmaya pek istekli davranmadılar. Ben tekrar ısrar edip ikinci kez kontrol etmelerini isteyince, bu kez yalnızca birkaç saniye içinde paketimi bulup getirdiler.
Bu durum açıkçası güven verici değildi. Misafirlerin teslim alınmış kargıları konusunda daha dikkatli, profesyonel ve saygılı bir yaklaşım beklerdim. Umarım gelecekte aynı durum başka misafirlerin başına gelmez.

The hotel’s location and overall facilities were decent, but I had a very uncomfortable experience regarding a package delivery.
Before my stay, I contacted the hotel and asked if I could use their address for a package delivery from a purchase I made in Türkiye. They confirmed that it would be fine. The package was successfully delivered to the hotel, and I had the delivery confirmation email with me.
However, when I checked in and asked about my package, the staff responded in a dismissive and rather rude manner, basically saying, “If it’s not here, then it’s not here.” Even after I showed them the delivery confirmation email, they did not seem willing to help.
Only after I insisted and asked them to check again for a second time, they found and brought my package within a few seconds.
Honestly, this experience did not feel trustworthy or professional. I would expect hotel staff to handle guests’ delivered packages more carefully and respectfully. I hope future guests will not experience the same situation.
