The front desk customer service was not very good upon arrival after a 3 hr drive. No direction was given for room or where to get ice/laundry.

Cons:

The staff were unpleasant and rude and quite frankly I felt discriminated against. They refused to honor a booking I made because they said I had exceeded the amount of time allowed to stay there while they had some Caucasian family that has been there for months. I’m black/african for reference. The main culprits was the Spanish gentleman and who he said was his manager another Hispanic female.

Bathroom wasn't clean to my liking tub was an accident waiting to happen. Scared I'd fall, area was filled w strangers standing around just not what I experienced on my previous visit
