They put us in another room next door.
AC went out that evening. They said they were

Lovely hotel, great location
Pros:

The hotel staff was exceptional. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We had one issue with the hotel shower (the hot and cold water were reversed). They immediately sent up maintenance (who was friendly and helpful) and the problem was taken care of.

Pros:

Service was excellent. Easy to get digital room keys and go straight to the hotel room. Angel & Brook were top notch! They were both kind, efficient and so friendly. With service like this; I’m definitely coming back with my family.

Great hotel, great breakfast staff.

I always enjoy staying at Estancia del Norte
My favorite part is the exceptional breakfast staff who are always attentive and friendly when eating breakfast at the Paseo bar in the hotel lobby.
Ana and Monica always greet me with a warm smile and are always friendly and welcoming.
I always enjoy having breakfast and talking with them both since my last visit to the hotel. I would say they are the best staff at the hotel I have met on my numerous occasions visiting the hotel.
They always give five star treatment every time.
