Great hotel with friendly staff!
Pros:

Friendly staff, rooms was clean and AC worked well.

Cons:

The ice machine on our floor didn’t work and some areas were a little dated, but overall, great stay.

It was a nice hotel, but staff members are not courteous .

Cons:

I didn't appreciate the staff member that checked us in. She was not friendly, and was bothered. The day we arrived, apparently the was an issue with the water, and it was shut down. She told my daughter n I we could not check in. However the gentleman man next to us was getting checked in and he was not told that. She the staff employee did not apologize for the inconvenience. I will not stay again .

No happy, and will never book at this hotel again.
Pros:

I had a issue and it was addressed as soon as I got back down to the desk to check in.

Cons:

When I got my room, it was outside like I was checking into a Motel. I don't like enter my room from outside . I called and they gave me a room on the inside. I also asked for to face towels and the house keeper told me no. The bath room was not clean rust around the shower and nasty things on the wall of the bathroom by the shower.

Clean, beautiful property and decent location.
Pros:

The property was BEAUTIFUL! Very clean, and smelled amazing. The courtyard is gorgeous. Family friendly as well. They played children’s movies in the evening on the projector on the lawn. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were clean, would definitely stay here again!

Overall it’s a very beautiful hotel for events but not pleasant to stay overnight unless you plan not to sleep all night

It was a beautiful hotel. The water fountain at the entrance was beautiful. The weather was nice for the outside seating. The lights above the grass were pleasant to look at. The outdoor music was appropriate and nice. I liked that the room was spacious. The outdoor balcony was nice. I was happy to get a room facing the garden area. Even though probably could have gotten a room without it. Employees were very friendly. Nightly security was appreciated.

Cons:

There were several things I did not enjoy about my stay. The carpets were dirty. The shower door were rusted. The bed was extremely hard, as well as the pillows. I was not able to sleep much. The toilet paper was so rough that I cut my butt using it and now I have an uncomfortable cut and bleeding. The chairs and tables were a nice touch but they were uncomfortable. I did not like that you guys did not offer room service. There was no menu to be found in the room. There was miscommunication about receiving amenities in my room to make our anniversary special. Even though Kenya tried her best to make it up to us with free drinks and an appetizer. It was not the same. Since we had to go to the bar to get them. Bar staff was understaffed so it made harder to get our order. I was under the impression that we would have a private balcony to the garden. I was highly disappointed when it was all connected and I had to keep using my card to get in and out. It was a bit difficult to get in and out of the property.

Beautiful place BUTT it has its flaws.
Pros:

Hotel was very nice and relaxing

Cons:

Bar closes to early.security needs to be better 4 vehicles where broken into. Shower didnt drain well. Need to tell cleaning people when theres a sighn on door " do not desturb" dosnt mean knock at 730am to see if they can clean room.

Experience was okay, don’t know if I would book again.
Pros:

Location was good, the hotel was unique and beautiful, loved all the beautiful doors leading to patio area. Front desk workers were super nice.

Cons:

Room could have been a little better. Room couldn’t cool down, parking was a little congested, booked online with the expectation of having room leading to patio center/corridor and ended up with external facing room, asked for extra towels and attendant/worker made it seem like it was an issue making her do her job (giving extra towels) when we were three people in a room and towels weren’t that big to begin with.

Our stay was easy, excellent, and we’ll be booking there again.
Pros:

One of the front desk staff, I forgot her name but it started with an R has the best customer service. She’s great and made our stay the most comfortable.
