Service was excellent. Easy to get digital room keys and go straight to the hotel room. Angel & Brook were top notch! They were both kind, efficient and so friendly. With service like this; I’m definitely coming back with my family.

I always enjoy staying at Estancia del Norte
My favorite part is the exceptional breakfast staff who are always attentive and friendly when eating breakfast at the Paseo bar in the hotel lobby.
Ana and Monica always greet me with a warm smile and are always friendly and welcoming.
I always enjoy having breakfast and talking with them both since my last visit to the hotel. I would say they are the best staff at the hotel I have met on my numerous occasions visiting the hotel.
They always give five star treatment every time.

Even with a packed house, she managed the crowd with total grace, making everyone feel like the most important guest in the room. Noise-canceling headphones didn't stand a chance
Pros:

Rather run down for a Hilton. We had a courtyard room and the view was very nice. Our room was clean but had a very strong smell of Fabuloso. Normally I wouldn't mind a clean-smelling room, but the smell was quite overwhelming and didn't dissipate in 2 days. Mattresses were very soft, which is not my taste, but maybe some people like that. My main complaint was a noise issue. They rent out the courtyard/pool area to the public quite frequently. We were not allowed in the courtyard. And one night there was a band playing. It was extremely loud in our rooms and went on until 10:30pm. We could not hear our TV no matter how loud we turned it up because of how loud the band was. We had to shout to each other to talk! Windows and doors were closed, but you would think the band was playing in our room. Actually it WAS right underneath us (we were 2nd floor). We had a 3am wake up call the next morning to catch a flight. Several calls to the front desk did nothing, of course. But why would a hotel prioritize renting out space over their guests? I know 10:30 is not that late, and if it had just been noisy kids in the hallway or something, I'd understand. But a literal ROCK BAND 10 feet from sleeping guests??? We won't be back.

It smelled so good when you walk in. The front desk clerk was so nice and understanding. The room was clean and bed was comfy. We usually stay next door at the Marriott but we always stay here now.

I guess there was a party going on or something. I wasn’t able to sleep because people were at the pool screaming and laughing till 2 am. There should really be a curfew
