Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The pool is very scratchy at the bottom. Lots of cuts on my kids feet from the pool.

Pros:

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Same with staff being polite.

Cons:

Pool needed some clean up. Garbage and bandaid everywhere. A bar was broken by the slide. Not sure what thats about. Also are room had moldy strawberries in the fridge. So clearly rooms aren't being cleaned to perfection unfortunately.

Great location, family friendly but could use a good spring cleaning and maintenance.
Pros:

Check in was a breeze! Our room was easy to find. The employees were so helpful and kind, my family was impressed with the emaculate breakfast spread too.

Cons:

There was quite a few dirty areas of our room. Fingerprints/food smudge on doors, hair on the floor in the bathroom. Stained bed covers, my husband actually fixed the pull out couch and the loose knobs on the dresser drawers. Oh and the smoke alarm went off temporarily around 9pm? No clue what actually happened.

Pros:

Room was dirty. Lots of chips smacked by the couch when I checked in. Pool needs some upgrades / cleaning. When I checked in they couldn’t get my card to work. They said it was because I booked it on booking .com.

Acceptable for a budget stay for one night.
Pros:

The kids liked the pool area. The room was a good size for four people with two queens and a pullout couch.

Cons:

There was food on the floor in the hallway. The exercise room is barely functional. There were police in the hall talking to someone at 5:30 in the morning. It's mediocre, at best. Breakfast was not good.

Dirty everything. Would not recommend.

Everything was dirty from tv remotes to room chair with white stains to what looked like blood stains on pull out matress. Disgusting hallway floors fries were mashed for 2 days in hallway while staff walked right past it. Shower didn't work breaker kept tripping, tv inside Shower did not work. Used restroom in pool area and paper towel dispenser ripped off wall sink broken very dirty. Overdosed pools and hot tub with chlorine granules like walking in sand.

Breakfast was good, beds were comfy, great location

Cons:

The pool chemicals were too harsh, gave my kids chemical burns on their skin and bleached my swimsuit top! Also we weren’t even given two whole rolls of toilet paper for the whole weekend and housekeeping never came.
