Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans la ville. Chambre spacieuse et lits très confortables. Excellent choix pour un séjour à Fort McMurray.

Cons:

Le déjeuner était parfois froid et il pourrait être plus varié. Il termine à 8h30, un peu tôt.
L'entretien des chambres aussi un peu tôt et parfois un peu négligé.

Overall very nice hotel and staff. Would stay again. Pet friendly is amazing.
Pros:

Very nice staff, nice room, pet friendly, love the hot tub, the breakfast area is nice but ends quite early.

Cons:

Hard to find the stairs to walk pets up and down to room. Parkade so hot you can’t see out windows.

Pros:

The staff at the front desk was very accommodating.
I mistakenly booked the wrong date and I was still able to get a room for the day I showed up.
The room and bathroom were very clean and I liked the complimentary water that was available in the room
I enjoyed the breakfast, it was good and hot when it was suppose to be hot.They kept replenishing the food

Cons:

There was nothing that comes to mind that I did not like
