Unfortunately, this stay did not meet my expectations in terms of convenience or comfort.
Pros:

The property was very clean and the front desk lady was exceptionally helpful

Cons:

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing.

There was no microwave in my room, and I was told it was because I hadn’t booked a room with a kitchenette. This meant I had to go down to the hotel lobby every time I wanted to heat my food, which was highly inconvenient and not something I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

The experience was so poor that I checked out after just one night and moved to a different hotel.

To make matters worse, guest parking was located across the street from the hotel. Having to carry my luggage across a busy road just to get into the hotel was frustrating, inconvenient, and completely unacceptable especially for guests traveling with heavy bags.

Overall, the stay fell well below my expectations. Between the lack of basic in-room amenities, the inconvenient parking arrangement, and the overall guest experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel is clean, black out shades were nice and friendly from desk staff.
Pros:

The closeness to the Fort McMurray Giants stadium

Cons:

Breakfast hours could be a little longer
More cooking utensils provided in the rooms with kitchens and towels/wash cloths specifically for kitchen use.

We would definitely stay there again. Great breakfast clean laundry room.

Central close to restaurants

Cons:

Underground parking was closed for repairs. But the hotel had parking close by.

Location, staff, breakfast.

Cons:

The staff is great. However, the facility is not providing them with proper up to date toilet plungers. There should either be one for each room or at the very least for each floor. I had trouble getting the toilet unplugged.
