I loved it.
Pros:

I do not know if your facility would accommodate a free breakfast unless you convert one of the rooms into a kitchenette, with continental or waffles (continental or waffles would be great). The other suggestion I would like to make is that you make sure you have enough regular coffee for the rooms (not a big deal), but sometimes you need that caffeine kick in the morning. I am a business owner, so I know that sometimes these suggestions would often raise the room rates, so I would understand that. Maybe instead of a kitchenette idea (our company does on occasion mentor small businesses and franchises, this one is on the house), maybe you could give something similar to breakfast coupons for free breakfast from McDonald's (a simple sausage and coffee), just a thought for each night's stay.

Essential, serviceable, and no frills.
Pros:

It is closest to the campus of University of Michigan, yet still delivers on essentials. I am especially thankful for the coffee setup in this property.

Don’t recommend.
Pros:

The room smelled awful- very strongly of marijuana. There was a letter written and left and written for who wasn’t us. And there were crunched up leaves on the floor. I didn’t feel it was a good/clean room so we didn’t even stay the night and lost out on the money as they refuse to refund it.

Cons:

The smell. The cleanliness.

The fact that I lost a camera device in dresser. I spoke with the front desk which was rude he stated that nobody rented the room after me. I left a camera in dress and they spoke with house keeper he said he didn't see it. But I know I left it in the drawer and still nobody has came forward and gave it to me

Sad…so sad and stressed, and miserable.

Mngr Shawn and Joe attempted to correct..after I extended my stay (w cash- & prior to noted probs): flea bites (both legs), dirty room w/ no room svc. No internet, stench in bathroom * ?prior smokers or mold? Shawn stated no refund due to cash pymnt- I left as soon as I repacked my vehicle ( without refund)

Cons:

Fleas, no internet, no maid svc, no refund. Homeless person sleeping on sidewalk 4 doors down, transient in dark area of lawn came out begging for money and smokes.
