It was great for what we needed for the weekend.
Pros:

Staff was nice, room was clean, and the A/C unit worked great.

Cons:

The mattress could've been a little bit better.

Pros:

This is a pretty basic motel-style accommodation. We were in town for UMich parents' weekend, and although the price was ridiculous, it was less ridiculous than other places. When we arrived, I saw people working around the property - like they had been making some efforts to get ready for a big guest weekend. And the room was very clean, unlike what I expected from past reviews. The location was great for us, and that store across the lot is a 10/10.

Cons:

The exterior looked more run-down than the rooms' interiors. That place needs a glow-up.

I was uncomfortable about staying there, so I checked out about 30 minutes after checking in.

My room was unclean. Below, please find the pics that I took. There were stains on the comforter, the black desk chair was stained and had crumbs, the inside of the light fixture had two red stains (like hot sauce) going down both sides of the lightbulb.

We checked in and did a walk through and went to the office and checked out. We did NOT stay.

My husband is very ill from leukemia and we were scared for his safety to stay in the room. It was very dirty and run down looking. The smoke detector was hanging by wires in the wall, there was a layer of dust on the lights that were right over the bed and pillows. The bathtub was disgusting and there was a burn hole in the duvet.

OK place if all you want is a bed and a shower
