Bed and pillows gave a great night's sleep (albeit shorter due to late flight). Bathroom was configured smart and furnished with nice-smelling lotion, soaps, and shampoo. Breakfast had a great selection from hot cooked-to-order eggs and meats to cold cereal and fruit. Loved the coffee station where we indulged in Cappuccino and café latte. Nice selection of breads and muffins. The complimentary drink from the bar was appreciated.

Standard, jakiego można oczekiwać od sieci Hilton. Pokój bardzo przestronny, świetnie utrzymany i wysprzątany na błysk. Lokalizacja jest genialna – zdecydowanie jeden z największych atutów hotelu.

Ogólnie wszystko jest na wysokim, bardzo poprawnym poziomie, choć momentami można odnieść wrażenie, że obsługa recepcji jest nieco zbyt formalna i zdystansowana. Dużo lepsze wrażenie zrobiły na nas panie z room service/housekeeping – kontakt z nimi był znacznie bardziej naturalny, serdeczny i swobodny. Można było normalnie porozmawiać, bez tej charakterystycznej dla recepcji sztywności.

Szczególne uznanie dla pań odpowiedzialnych za sprzątanie – pokój każdego dnia był wysprzątany naprawdę perfekcyjnie, dosłownie na błysk.

Podsumowując: bardzo dobry standard pokoju, świetna lokalizacja i bez zarzutu housekeeping. Gdyby równie naturalne i serdeczne podejście prezentowała obsługa recepcji, całościowe wrażenie byłoby jeszcze lepsze.

​We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! From the very beginning, we felt we made the right choice. The hotel team reached out via email prior to our arrival, and the general manager even sent a personal message on WhatsApp, which was a very thoughtful and reassuring touch. Upon entering our room, we were welcomed with fresh fruit and water bottles.
​The staff throughout our stay were exceptionally welcoming and service-oriented. Breakfast offered a delicious and diverse variety, and we also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the bar, where the team was happy to customize dishes to our preferences.
​Our room and bathroom were clean, inviting, and beautifully maintained every morning by the housekeeping staff. The hotel's location is ideal. within easy walking distance of major attractions, situated in a pleasant and safe neighborhood. Highly recommended!

​הייתה לנו חוויית אירוח נפלאה! כבר מלכתחילה הרגשנו שבחרנו נכון, לאחר שצוות המלון יצר איתנו קשר במייל עוד לפני ההגעה, ומנכ"ל המלון אף שלח הודעה אישית בוואטסאפ, מחווה מרגשת ואישית מאוד. כשהגענו לחדר חיכו לנו בקבוקי שתייה וצלחת פירות רעננה ומזמינה.
​צוות המלון כולו היה שירותי מאוד, אדיב ומסביר פנים. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה, מגוונת וטעימה, ובאחד הערבים סעדנו על הבר ונהנינו ממענה מקסים לבקשות השינוי שביקשנו במנות.
​החדר וחדר הרחצה היו נקיים, נעימים ומתוחזקים היטב בכל בוקר על ידי צוות הניקיון. מיקום המלון מעולה—במרחק הליכה קצרה מאתרי התיירות המרכזיים, בסביבה נעימה ובטוחה. מומלץ בחום!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Budapest City Centre. The location was perfect, a few blocks from the river, parks, shopping, restaurants, and public transit, major sights, and more. The street itself is a quiet one and the inside the hotel was nice and quiet too.
Breakfast was excellent with a lot of different options that varied each day including some local treats and made-to-order omelettes.
The staff was really outstanding, both at the reception desk and at the bar. They really made me feel welcome and made me want to stay longer. I'd happily stay there again when I'm next in Budapest.

The location was great; it is a very nice hotel with some nice touches. My mom loved her room, the towel warmer, and the phone charger. The staff of the hotel were all wonderful. We also liked the water bottles.

מיקום יחסית טוב. כ7 דקות מהבזיליקה. צוות המלון מאוד שירותי, וקשוב, במיוחד בחדר האוכל ובבר המשקאות (ראוי לציון הברמן האדיב אהרון). בקבלה קיבלנו ואוצ'ר למשקה בחינם (קר/חם או בירה). אוכל טעים ובשפע, כולל עמדת הכנת ביצים לפי בחירה. לובי מרווח, חדרים יפים, וחדר אוכל גדול.

Great option for Budapest visitors. Location is awesome, walking distance to major sightseeing spots. Clean and cosy! Personnel is helpful, provided all necessary information (Anika). As soon as I entered the room I have got a question to Whatsup if anything missing: in 2-3 minutes I was supplied with black tea I requested instead of fruity and green available. Each floor has cooler water station to fill in water bottles - very convenient for any traveler. The breakfast is also very nice and except of classic options has rich variety of fruits, starters. The restaurant has a pleasant atrium, so one can eat like outside:)
I had some wishes about the room which I shared while booking - all completed!
