Pros:

El hotel está muy bien, muy cómodo en pleno centro. La atención del personal regular , nos pareció caro el estacionamiento. Decidimos dejar el coche solo el primer día y me cobraron los dos, después de varios mail sigo sin saber lo que me han cobrado, no me han mandado ningún resumen ni factura, ni nada parecido, me dijeron que reembolsarían el dinero del segundo día … todavía esperando.

Good location. Close to city center. Good and clean room.

Cons:

Arrived on car and requested parking place for my car but couldn’t park because street where locates hotel was closed for vehicle about what I wasn’t informed as result I spend a lot of time to find parking for car instead of having free time for rest after long trip. If I know about it I would book another hotel.
Also breakfast for don’t respond such prices and hotel level. I think the food choices is poor.

Whether for business or leisure, I have always chosen to stay at Hilton hotels. Among all my stays, the Hilton Garden Inn Budapest City Centre is truly one of the most thoughtful and service-oriented hotels I have ever experienced. From before my arrival to throughout my stay, the team consistently showed care and support, and they helped me resolve everything smoothly. I am sincerely grateful. The level of comfort and cleanliness was truly outstanding.

(Of course, all the assistance and service I received were within reasonable expectations. I believe that when guests approach with respect and understanding, the team will respond with genuine warmth and thoughtful care whenever help is truly needed.☺️)
