It was, as always, a very pleasant stay at a lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. The check-in experience could not have been better, thanks to the upgrade and complimentary welcome drink, and the warm hospitality continued throughout my stay until check-out.

Pros:

Exceptional service! Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good location, right near the Opera House. Very good value for money. Comfortable lobby. The room is well equipped.

The hotel is very accommodating to guests who require manual locks (keys) on their doors.

I would happily stay here again!

Cons:

I personally found the bed uncomfortable. (Hubby was ok with it.)

The shower isy nice size, but comes with a narrow splash panel, so that every shower gets water all over the floor. (Unless you hold the shower head the entire time, directing it away from the panel, making showering awkward.)

Pros:

Todo fue excelente. La ubicación, a tan solo 200 metros de la basílica, permite recorrer la ciudad cómodamente, tanto a pie como en transporte público.

Las instalaciones son modernas, cómodas y están muy bien cuidadas. Sin embargo, lo más destacable fue la atención del personal. La mañana de mi llegada recibí un mensaje de WhatsApp de la supervisora de Relaciones con los Huéspedes, quien se puso a disposición para atender cualquier necesidad o consulta y asegurarse de que mi estadía fuera lo más cómoda y agradable posible.

Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.

הגענו לסופש משפחתי בבודפשט וזו לא הפעם הראשונה שלנו שאנחנו מתארחים במלון. המלון נמצא במיקום מצויין וסופר מרכזי קרוב להכל, חדרים ברמה גבוה ונקיים מאוג וכך גם השירות במלון, כל פנייה שלנו ובקשה קיבלה מיד מענה. ארוחת הבוקר מפנקת ומגוונת. ללא ספק בחירה מצוינת ומלון שעטנה על כל הציפיות.

התארחנו במלון ונהנינו מהשהייה. המלון ממוקם במיקום מרכזי ונוח, כך שהיה קל להגחע לאתרים המרכזיים בעיר. החדרים והשטחים הציבוריים במלון היו נקיים ומתוחזקים היטב. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה, מגוונת ומפנקת, עם מבחר רחב של אפשרויות. הצוות היה ידידותי, אדיב וזמין לכל שאלה או בקשה. בהחלט ממליצים על המלון ונשמח להתארח בו שוב.
