Pesima la peor experiencia que he vivido

Lo unico bueno es que el hotel esta cerca a la parada de autobus

Cons:

Es super sucio, es terrible, en nuestra habitación encontramos cucarachas y un raton que fue lo peor, el personal tiene super mala actitud, no lo recomendaria nunca a nadie y la verdad deberian cerrar ese hotel

Nothing!! We didn’t even stay. After our room being given away, giving us another room that we would have had to wait for and looking at the room we ran from that property!!

Full price for all day was charged by Booking during reservation. Very bad smell in room. That hotel deserve to be 2 star motel not 3 star hotel. We canceled our reservation and receptionist promised that I will be charged only first night, but I still do not get any refund for unused days. For my opinion even 1st day have not to be charged.

Absolutely unacceptable.
Cons:

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The photos are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property.

The hotel is extremely old, dirty, and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke throughout the hallways and even inside the room. The room itself was filthy. The bed linens looked and felt as though they had not been properly washed, and there was no sense of cleanliness or freshness. The bathtub was black with grime and appeared not to have been cleaned in a very long time.

The worst part was discovering a half-alive mouse stuck in a glue trap underneath the bed. This was horrifying and completely unacceptable. It raised serious concerns about sanitation, pest control, and animal welfare.

To make matters worse, after reporting these issues to the hotel, they completely ignored my complaint. They have made no effort to apologize, respond, or discuss a refund.

I will be filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection authorities and with the relevant animal welfare authorities regarding the use of glue traps.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. The conditions are unsanitary, the property is nothing like advertised, and the customer service is nonexistent.
