Pros:

I was able to check In to my room within 10 mins. Also was able to find parking close to my room and very surprised to have a guest laundry room which is convenient.

Cons:

The room did have noticeable stains on the carpets but I always walk with my slides indoors. The bathroom did have ants, the vinyl film in the bathtub was peeling. The worst part of the stay was after using the shower I went to grab a towel and as I unfolded the towel there was a red stain. Either jam, blood, paint, whatever it was it was stained red. I didn’t even bother asking room service to handle it because I had an uber waiting to take me to the concert and when I come back I’ll just sleep and head back home.

Oh I knew about the $25 plus TAX. Tell me why I was charged for a $50 deposit fee and I wasn’t even told what the fee was for even though I booked a room. The only thing I was told that it was refundable so I better see that $50 back. It was really inconvenient being short for a meal at the concert.

It was the dirtiest place we have ever stayed out based on pictures on booking.com it looked nice but it did not meet and expectations. The thermostat gage was broke and we did not hair ac all night. Was a very bad experience felt like we got ripped off!

The cheapest option, still too pricey.
Cons:

My room had bugs that I hope were ants in it. I informed staff who were dismissive of it. Despite being a smoke free property, there were frequently other guests smoking on shared balconies and on the grounds. There were even ash trays set up next to smoke free signs.
