was provided keys to allready occupied rooms, non existent rooms,etc until finally I got keys to a room that was ready.
also saw some disgusting black guy let two teenage white girls in his room. SCUMBAGS.
police allready have this hotel under surveillance and for a reason

We had to switch rooms three times the front desk lady called my room at 12 am to move me and my kids for third time at

I had to get my room switched 3 times with my kids I ended Up leaving early

Cons:

Everything it was dirty the TV’s Didn’t work , The toilet didn’t flush the air quality was terrible I had to buy my own Lysol

Comodo per arrivare a Manhattan, ma la pulizia e nulla. Praticamente per i 10 giorni trascorsi il bagno è un po' desiderare lenzuola non ce le cambiavano per cui non lo considera tanti
