Nothing
1. While I asked for a smoking room....I didn't mean I wanted the room to smell like an ash tray. It was awful. They didnt even TRY to cover the smell.
2. No Elevator
3. No extra pillows available
4. Location was NOT where it advertised. In fact its an HOUR away from our planned destination.
5. Bathroom still had hair on the floor from previous occupant.
6. Bathroom light on a short motion timer.
Proximity
Couldn't get in the room with my key. Had to ask FD to let me in. Repeated the experience in the morning when I got weak coffee w/ powdered cream. Had a room in the rear of the building where an hour after I checked in, a pickup truck parked with his brights on and music blasting. Called the front desk but they did nothing. An hour later I went to the front desk and told them I would call the police about the disturbance if he didn't do something. 90% of the electrical outlets wouldn't charge my phone. Very unhappy with the rundown condition of the entire place. No one who works there can take their cell phones away from their ears for more than a few seconds! Very frustrating experience, NOT RESTFUL AT ALL!!!
Nulla
No breakfast served but amount charged including breakfast
It's not worth for $140
Nothing
The room…breakfast advertised but not provided…no refrigerator…no microwave…etc
Breakfast was not provided
Room was dimly lit, no phone, mold in bathroom and room didn't feel sanitized
The air conditioning works well & the location is convenient. The parking, privacy, safety, pet friendly environment & customer friendly staff are positive aspects. Grievances are the small rooms, no amenities & rooms could be cleaner compared to motels within the same price point. There was a parking ticket on my windshield at 6:30 a.m. from a South Brunswick Police Officer, for parking in a handicapped spot. I think it’s odd for the police to come onto private property and to run plates / issue tickets. How does one know who is driving someone else’s vehicle and if they are handicapped or not? This is not the proper forum for police to be ticketing vehicles, especially on private property when there is no wrong doing being done and a motel room is being paid for overnight with the intention of sleeping in peace and not being bothered. I have a doctor’s note that I presently have severe mobility issues, and I’m staying at a motel to recuperate after a hospitalization. I do have the paperwork from my physician to obtain a handicapped placard for my vehicle. The parking spot I acquired is directly in front of the room where I’ve stayed for a few days while unable to walk well and after a hospital stay for a chronic illness of significance that can be life threatening, as well as acute injuries limiting my mobility. I asked for a first floor room that is as private as possible for these reasons, & am ticketed by the township police where I reside for over 20 years.
conveniently located
nice receptionist
seemed dark and dingy
didn't see where the breakfast was held so I didn't eat there
basic
My partner was spotting and we got some blood on the bed, we told them right away and the refused to give us new bedding. Also since the stain had 24 hours to set, we are probably getting charged for the sheets. Also the Breakfast is a lie, there was no free Breakfast.
