An incredible stay from start to finish.
Pros:

The owners clearly put a lot of love and charm into what they do, and it shows in every detail. The front desk team — Alex, Celcuk, and Mubarak — were consistently kind and helpful, and the two women who cleaned the room did so with such care and grace. The Turkish breakfast is generous (borderline overwhelming, in a good way), and the overall environment is warm and inviting. Location is a huge plus. You’re right near Taksim, but tucked away in a quieter corner (Cihangir), which makes it feel like the perfect balance.

Cons:

The only minor issue was the internet, which was a bit inconsistent during my stay — though I didn’t mention it at the time, so I didn’t give them a chance to address it. Other than that, a genuinely excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Solo female travel, first time in Istanbul, double bed suite on second level.
Pros:

I stayed for a week as a solo female traveler.
The hotel is on a quiet little street, centrally located. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful.
There was a tree outside my window and the hotel cat who would come and hang out on my windowsill 😺❤️

Cons:

The only minor issues I had would have been remedied if I had asked, because they did offer. I was sick with a bad cold , so I didn't want to make the staff sick by coming in my room.

Pros:

The location was perfect, quiet, yet very centrally located.
The staff is very kind and helpful.
The room is clean, spacious and bed is comfortable, the heat works well which was very necessary considering how cold it was outside. The rooms also have AC units .

Cons:

The washing machine was a wash/dry combo and the drying didn't work, but they did offer to put my things in the hotel dryer.
There was a musty smell that lingered in the bathroom, even while leaving the fan on and the door open( but I think it just requires an upgraded fan/ dehumidifier).

Just ok for small budget traveler
Pros:

Location is near the Taksim Just walking distance you will reach. and Inside room we can cook, all the plates spoons also have cooking facilities.

Cons:

I expected something like good but unfortunately i cant meet my expectation from this hotel. something missing. toilet is small and old. room also i feel something old type.

I didnt like really. sorry.

Personal del hotel súper amable, pero hotel con algunas carencias importantes
Pros:

El personal un 10, súper amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar
La localización es buena y aire acondicionado
Está muy bien para quedarte un par de noches

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas para dormir bastantes noches porque las paredes eran súper finas, se escuchaba toser, hablar a los vecinos y encima nos tocaron vecinos que estaban malos con gripe y no parábamos de escucharlos hasta de madrugada sin parar

Es evidente que necesita algo de reforma, las camas bastante incómodas

Pros:

The place is super clean and cosy. It felt like home! The kitchen has all the kitchenware … even a grater. Can you imagine? This is super rare at hotels/airbnb. The personnel are super sweeet! Despite the fact I arrived way ahead of the check-in time (10am) they let me in the room I reserved. They are all super helpful and friendly. I am super satisfied! 10/10 🔥🔥🔥

Pros:

1.因為中東近期戰爭的關係，我們的機票和住宿大亂，前台員工很耐心的幫了我們開了請保險需要的收據
2.早餐還不錯
3.以新城區來說，地理位置很好，附近有很多餐廳和超市，離獨立大街很近
4.機場接送安排得很好
5.洗澡水水壓和熱水都非常好

Cons:

1.大門隔音比較差，會聽到走廊上走動的聲音
2.洗澡水會漏到馬桶旁，加上地板是磁磚的關係，所以很滑

Pros:

Very convenient location with minutes to Istiklal and short walk to airport bus..Old historic building. Small room but nicely equipped with kitchenette and very warm in winter.

Great hotel with kitchen and breakfast near Taksim
Pros:

A good hotel near Taksim square, on a quite street. I lived in a 2-rooms apartment - a bedroom and a room with a sofa. There was a kitchen with everything you need. In the bathroom there was a washing machine. They served wonderful breakfast with omelette, coffee, pancakes, three sorts of jam, cheese and ham. It was the same every morning, but I liked it. The manager was very helpful and friendly.
