However, food is a bit expensive.

At reception desk, Komal ma’am was really cooperative and suggested a very comfortable room at ground floor considering my parents age. Whenever I asked for assistance, she always tried her best. Even Mr. Hamendra was polite, always eager to help and cared for our discomfort.
We stayed in the Royal suite; it was spacious with great decor, a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional charm, well equipped and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Hygiene is maintained throughout the hotel.
Staff service- all were attentive, efficient and helpful. Whatever was needed, was provided quickly
Food- Breakfast spread was delicious with a variety of options. Chef Chaman singh personally took care by visiting each table and making sure we require any help. Even at dinner, they served as per our request. It was indeed delicious.
Overall we were very pleased with our stay and hope to be back again.

This was our first visit to Udaipur .Our stay at Sterling was very comfortable, the resort is in a traditional haveli,our room was pretty big included a dresser with all modern amenities. They have a good spread of food n the decor is quite richly done up. All the servers and front desk staff are warm n very helpful in guiding us about the city n it's sights.Special mention to Komal for her suggestions about sweet shops n places to visit. Overall we definitely would like to come back again.

We stayed in a huge heritage room with the comfiest bed and pillows in India. All the staff were exceptional a special mention to Komal on reception who was amazing and very kind also to Akita in the restaurant who was very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Accomodation and faculties were very good. Kishor was very friendly at reception. Room was comfortable and clean. However I was disappointed that the fridge and hot water jug did not work.

Excellent stay feels like royal stay only thing to improve is wifi here and the kitchen is not pure veg so we had to order from Zomato

The Sterling Jaisinghgarh, Udaipur is a very nice place to stay. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. The Restaurant is also very nice, food quality is very good and tasty. The staff at Reception, Restaurant and the helping staff is very friendly and helpful. The overall experience is excellent. I wish that I may come next year also.

Nice rooms. Komal is a great person with a warm human touch. Food was average. Quality and price can be better. Corridors and lobbies are dark, no sunlight, no fresh air.
