Tiny bathroom. Not comfertable. Out room was above the railway. Very noisy and not nice view. Very dark room.
Very welcoming and helpful staff, especially for a foreigner family that spoke very little Japanese. The bakery in the lobby had delicious food!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The property was very clean. Rooms were very comfortable although on the smaller size particularly if you have large suitcases. The bakery was very handy to buy a quick bite in the mornings. Level 2 had some vending machines, ice maker and washing machines. Location wise there are two train stations - one next door and another a short walk away.

Great view, we had a room on the 12th floor. The hotel is new, modern, and very well maintained. There’s a subway entrance right next to the hotel, plus vending machines and a laundry machine on site. The onsen was also very clean and well kept.
The only downside for us as Europeans was getting used to such a small room, and the lighting near the mirror wasn’t great.
This hotel had the best breakfast buffet during my trip to Japan. The hotel staff was phenomenal as well they were always happy to greet you when you enter the lobby. There’s a nice view on the top lounge to look at the city. The location was perfect you have a station across the street and a JR station 3-5 minutes out to get to the JR loop. The rooms are maybe larger than most hotels in Japan but small compared to other country hotels. Would definitely consider this hotel in the future.
The rooms could have been a little bigger but as I stated above it’s probably larger than most hotel rooms in Japan.

客室もとても綺麗で充実した滞在期間でした
客房每天打掃很乾淨，早餐很合我的胃口。最喜歡的是二樓交誼廳，空間大很放鬆，還有雀巢商業用膠囊咖啡機可使用。
二樓交誼廳空氣不太流動感覺比較悶。
