Pros:

千駄ヶ谷駅からは歩きやすくまっすぐな道を10分もしないで着きました。ロビーのフレグランスがとても良く、部屋は清潔でした。

Cons:

朝ごはんは高額でつけられなかったのが残念です。ティッシュケースの上、使われてないだろう棚に埃が積もっていたのが残念です。よく使うところしか掃除しないのだろうという印象を受けてしまいました。

Lage, Zimmer, Personal - alles top!
Pros:

Lage direkt neben Metro-Zugang. Top Zimmer und Onsen. Personal ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Bei schönem Wetter konnte man den Fuji sehen.

The location was great. The room was spacious enough for my sister and I to fully relax. The onsen was wonderful and the bakery was a treat.

Great location, right next to station. Good outside spaces and large rooms.

緑が美しい一面と都会的な夜景で両得気分
Pros:

国立競技場が目の前で、国立競技場前駅や千駄ヶ谷駅も近く、バルコニーから富士山が見えたり夜景も大変都会的で綺麗でした。
フロントもオール日本人で声が掛けやすかったです。そして皆さん英語もペラペラでカッコよかったです！
朝は明治神宮球場周りなど緑も多く、朝食前の散歩も快適でした。
最近、匂いのきついホテルが増えてますが違和感なくて良かったです。
音漏れもなく快適でした。

Cons:

風呂のシャワーが２つあり、使い方に少し混乱😵‍💫しました。簡単な説明書が見えるところにあれば助かります。
近場で手頃に食べる所が少なく、千駄ヶ谷の所にあるコンビニで買い込みました。
ぎりぎりまで遊ぶ人は何が美味しいものを食べて帰るかコンビニで買い物を忘れずに。

大浴場は使用しなかったのですが大浴場があるのは珍しいと思いました
