Bed frame. The frame was adapted to the size of the mattress, which kept sliding to one side and exposing the metal supporting beam of the frame. My wife hit her leg a few times in this metal frame beam, and I also hit my knee in this same beam, which caused my knee to bleed.
When I booked this hotel, breakfast was mentioned to be included, but when I was at the hotel, the staff told me that there was no breakfast. Very disappointing!!

Non so sinceramente da dove cominciare, in questa struttura purtroppo non ho trovato nulla di buono.
La posizione era scomodissima, lontano da qualsiasi cosa a piedi e in una strada troppo trafficata per utilizzare sempre l’auto;
Per quanto riguarda i servizi: era disponibile una sola minuscola saponettina da dividere in due e per due notti;
Il climatizzatore funzionava ma puzzava terribilmente di polvere;
Il wi-fi ovviamente non funzionava.
La pulizia pessima in quanto io bionda, liscia e mio marito moro, capelli corti abbiamo trovato molti capelli rossi e ricci, probabilmente dell’ospite precedente.
Tralasciando quindi servizi e pulizia resterebbe solo dormire (e andrebbe benissimo) peccato che la prima mattina alle 8:40 la signora delle pulizie si è parcheggiata davanti alla nostra porta urlando “HOUSEKEEPING” per 3 volte e per 3 volte le abbiamo detto “no thank you we’re sleeping”. Per le esperienze che ho avuto in qualsiasi struttura chiedono al momento del check-in se si voglia questa tipologia di servizio, in modo da non disturbare l’ospite mentre dorme.
La seconda mattina abbiamo prontamente messo il cartello “non disturbare” appeso alla porta ma questa volta, ad interrompere il nostro sonno alle 8:00, è stato il clacson del camion della spazzatura che un addetto ha suonato insistentemente perché un altro ospite (senza esserne al corrente) aveva parcheggiato davanti ad un portone e lui doveva ritirare la spazzatura che si trovava lì dentro.
La soluzione più logica era recarsi in reception, chiedere informazioni sul proprietario dell’auto e svegliare solo lui per spostarla anziché il motel intero.
Detto ciò evitate questa struttura, non c’è niente che possa essere anche solo passabile, veramente uno $chIf0

the room was kinda dirty, there were bugs in the sheets, and the room smelt like marihuana because someone was smoking right outside

There was an ice depot next to our house, and people made a lot of noise while picking up ice at night; consequently, we had trouble sleeping.

we got a smoking room while we asked for non smoking. :-(

The tubs were cracked and rusty, lack of towels and when we asked room service for more she told us there wasn't any. The towels were also super small

No me gusto para nada que nunca hubo comunicacion con parte del hotel se hicieron consultas, preguntas y todo y no habia respuesta por parte de ellos cosa que no pasa von otros anfritieones que desde el dia 1 te preguntan que necesitas o te sacan de dudas aqui ni un hola y se supone que alguien debe atendernos se enviaron solicitides que no fueron aprobadas ni rechazadas recien 1 dias antes noo pesimo de su parte increible primera vez que me encuentro con esa falta de atencion ni si quiera booking mismo pudo contactarse con ellos
