The staff was very friendly and helpful
My Stay was Okay
Updated rooms are nice! Still pretty rowdy over here an loud. Staff is ALOT better. Front desk employee that was checking me in was very kind an patient. The manger was super sweet an very helpful!! Building looks alot better as well.
The property itself was okay, new remodel, bright colors but it wasn't thoroughly cleaned! I work in housekeeping so I know what to look for. There was a party of some sort going on all night!!! No trash can in the room, only one of the eye's on the stove work, the lobby closed to early, SMH it was not a good experience! Also bug's we're constantly getting in the room bed was very, very uncomfortable.. would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and will not be revisiting.
I got there to check into my room right at 7 and the door was locked and I didn’t see anyone in the office. I called but there is no one to answer except for emergencies. The next day while I was working I called to cancel my reservation and once again only got voice mail. I noticed I was charged for one night so I walked in that day to get refund. And desk personnel told me the fee is automatically generated and there is nothing they can do about it. All I want is my refund !!!
Is a good place to stay if you are in town for business. Is very close to everything and the staff was super nice and friendly.
I retired 2 years ago after working at the local VA hospital for 10 years as a housekeeper. I KNOW how to find dust. It usually only takes me about 15-30 seconds to find dust in my hotel rooms. But this room was almost operating room clean. I did find a very little bit of dust, but they did not make it easy. It took me almost 5 minutes. That has NEVER happened before. As the title says, Cleanest hotel room ever. Now for the unique... I have never stayed at a hotel that did not have at least 1 trash can in the room, until this one. I asked the office for one, and was told that NONE of the rooms had trash cans... Go figure. Now for the disappointing... The hotel description clearly states free wi-fi. So when I got there, I tried to log on. Their wifi stated that I had to get a code from the office. So I asked for the code, and was informed that wifi would cost an additional $13. I pulled out my phone, and showed them the booking, and the list of hotel amenities that clearly said free wi-fi. She replied by saying that only applies if you are staying 4 nights or more. It did not impact me a lot, as I carry 2 cell phones, and both of them have 10 gig of mobile hotspot. I rarely use it but I did on this stay. And finally, even though the hotel was close to the highway, inside the room was reasonably quiet. There is a fire station just down the block, so I did hear them once. Also just around the corner was one of my favorite restaurants... Yep, good ol Waffle House :)
This hotel is by far the nasty hotel ever they are renovating but they did nothing but paint over the dirty walls replace the bed with a cheaper bed the manager lady is a thief and snake in the grass avoid if at all possible these people are theifs
My self in my kids wear comfortable it was a home like stay
The room i stayed in was clean and comfortable only problem was the room /bed was to small for a family.
Was unable to stay due to the hotel not having our paperwork for late check in. Was told to just get a refund and there was nothing they could due
This hitel has no office or customer support whatsoever
..robbed me of 519$do not book here if you enjoy a.c,roach free rooms, used needles and drug paraphernalia hid everywhere...worst experience i have had with any buisness in my life.
The checking in process was a nightmare, the lobby closes at 7pm. I arrived at 930pm and finding the person with a key was a struggle. The carpet was ripped off part of the floor, there was a puddle of water by the fridge and the shower curtain had mold.
Good people. Good job. Clean. Smiling faces. Great pilots.
The room had enough space and amenities that was necessary for my visit
They charged me a fee using Expedia. Unfriendly manager. Not a safe area. Room and building was dirty. I could go on!!!
Reading the reviews, I had apprehensions about staying here. As it turns out, the hotel has new owners, and they are making improvements. It wasn't nearly as bad as I expected, based on what I read here. I was going to be in Memphis for a week, so for $35/night, I thought I'd give it a shot. Glad I did, as my stay was pleasant, and I saved a ton of money. Miss Sonya at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and clearly cares about customer service. It's not fancy, but I would definitely stay again if I had to go back to Memphis.
No one was working to check me in after 7pm. Horrible service. Old appliances inside room along with mold
I hate it here 😠😫!! It's soooo sickening. The room had roaches, the sheets weren't clean, the tub had rust with build up residue everywhere, the towels had stains on them, however hanged like they were clean! No typical coffee/coffee machine like a general hotel would obtain. As for WiFI, it's suppose to be free right? Oh noooo, WI-FI codes were only given out to people who stayed seven days 🤦🏻♂️. Let's not forget the steps with cracks in them where you can see the metal within the concrete. What a disgrace and then they have the nerve to say recommend someone 🙄🤬. They charge you $300 for a week just to live with crackheads and roaches, blaming it on an invisible near-by ditch!! That woman manager needs to be fired, she brushes everything off with her front desk assistant that's a stud, just shut the whole building down!! The health department will be contacted for investigating!!!
