The place was great but my TV or my hair dryer did not work. I should’ve called the front desk but it really didn’t bother me much. This hotel is conveniently located by a train station that can take you anywhere you want to go. It’s close to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend if you’re visiting Munich. We came for Oktoberfest so it was perfect.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gute Anbindung ins Zentrum (direkte S-Bahn Verbindung oder E-Scooter), Frühstücksbuffet vielfältig (z.B. Pancake Maschine oder Laugenbrezeln) - hier wäre es klasse, wenn noch süßer Senf und Weißwürste im Hotel als regionaler Bezug angeboten werden würden, sonst war alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit

I enjoyed how close this property was to the Riem S-2 station. Only a five minutes walk and I’m anywhere in Munich I want to be. This property was also only a 20 minute walk to the Riem Arcaden mall, so I had shopping options too. I didn’t like that this property didn’t have refrigerator or tea kettle in the room. When I asked for a tea kettle, I received it, but I needed to ask for one.

Absolut verwohntes Hotel. Ausstattung ziemlich heruntergekommen. Böden und Vorhänge absolut schmutzig. Können das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und waren absolut enttäuscht, da wir mit anderen Hotels der NIU Kette deutlich positivere Erfahrungen gemacht haben.

Wir kommen bereits seit Jahren in das Hotel, leider merkt man, dass es mit der Zeit ab gewohnt ist und nicht mehr so sauber ist. So haben wir die letzten beiden Male regelmäßig Essensreste auf der Fensterablage außen unter der Bett und neben dem Bett gefunden.
