Todo... desayuno buffet muy variado, baño camas muy amplias y cómodas para compartir sin gasto extra con niñez acompañante , perfecta la ecuación costo/ beneficio... destacando la decoración y ambientaciòn del hotal donde sus salones son verdaderos museos que muestran y valorizan las culturas mapuche y rapanui..mi nieta estuvo fascinada observando las gigantes figuras talladas, tinajas, artesanías..

Good location with suboptimal hotel restaurant experience.

Cons:

Staff downstairs was fantastic and very helpful. Staff at the restaurant did not make me feel welcome. The first time I took client of mine for lunch at the hotel restaurant and the host welcomed us (group of 4) as you would expect a restaurant host to greed customers, cheerful. I went back another day by myself for a late lunch and the same host greeted me with a "How can I help you?" in a "What are you doing here" tone. As if I was a stranger they had never seen before and would rather not enter their restaurant. I stayed for lunch, but the whole second experience was awkward.

Pros:

En general todo muy bien buena atención seguridad y muy bueno el desayuno buffet en el restaurante sus instalaciones bien cuidadas .
Es nuestra segunda vez en el hotel y cumple las expectativas de un buen descanso obvio que volveremos

Für Ziele, welche direkt im Zentrum der Hauptstadt zu erreichen sind, gibt es nichts besseres. Alles ist innerhalb von 20 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Dementsprechend auch die vielen Restaurants und Bars.

Cons:

Wir hatten einen Tag etwas Probleme mit dem Warmwasser gehabt. Laut Service war es aber ein externes Problem.
