Confortable alojamiento en el casco histórico de la ciudad
Pros:

Habitación muy cómoda.
Buena conexión de internet y desayuno muy completo. Destaco tienen un sector con productos sin gluten.
También las conectividad a pie o en metro es muy accesible.

Cons:

La iluminación del baño. Antigua y de poca intensidad

Fuimos mamá y niños en escapada de fin de semana y está muy cerca del metro, los y las recepcionistas un amor y todo muy limpio. Desayuno muy bueno.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, trotzdem war es ruhig.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend.
Auch das Restaurant war sehr gut.
Zimmer sauber und Betten sind bequem.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Wir waren zweimal da.
Dieses Hotel würden wir wieder buchen.

Muy caro para solo tener una buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es buenisima

Cons:

Como es posible que no coloquen toallas suficientes, sabiendo que íbamos con un bebé este también requiere toallas. Los tarros de shampoo y jabón casi vacíos y la calefacción súper ruidosa y no bajaba la temperatura rápido. Por último creo que la atención en recepción debe mejorar, ser más oportuna y tener amabilidad y calidez sin importar el idioma que hable el huésped

Funcionários muito simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar, ambiente limpo e confortável

Cons:

Local um pouco perigoso a noite, os manobristas ficam somente até as 21:30 e o estacionamento fica longe do hotel, perigoso para estacionar e voltar caminhando

Pros:

Café da manhã maravilhoso. Incrível, frutas chilenas são deliciosas. Nos dias que não conseguimos tomar café por conta dos passeios, eles mandavam uma sacola com o café pra nós. Localização excelente, camas confortáveis e quarto espaçoso. Funcionários muito solícitos e ambiente agradável de ficar.

Cons:

Café da manhã começa tarde, as 07:30h acho ruim. Além disso a localização apesar de ser próxima a pontos turísticos requer atenção por ser no centro, meio perigoso.
