No hay consideración con relación al check out, mala experiencia, por tres horas me hicieron pagar 70 dólares. Pague la habitación, después de eso me dijeron que tenía que salir porq solo pagué por esas horas, le indiqué si por booking pagué 70 dólares la habitación y realmente fue incómodo porq después de eso me llamaban y me mandaban mensajes cada rato a que desocupe la habitación, hasta fueron a mi dormitorio a buscarme, le indiqué q ya había pagado pero aún así estuvieron molestando, no me dejaron salir hasta que pague los 100 dólares, casi pierdo mi avión por culpa del alojamiento. No lo recomiendo

El ruido constante.
La zona se vuelve peligrosa al atardecer.
El hotel no tiene un desayuno adaptado para los huéspedes que se van temprano (ej un yogurt, 1 fruta y 1 botella de agua).
La falta de diversidad en la parte dulce del desayuno.

La habitación y baño tenían buen tamaño, cama cómoda. El restaurante sirve Buenos platillos. El desayuno muy bueno

Cons:

La zona de noche no se ve segura. Llamamos.8 veces a la recepción para hacer una consulta y no atendieron nunca. Además, traté de contactarlos por la aplicación, por WhatsApp y correo para hacer consulta sobre box de desayuno y nunca me atendieron. Si mi reserva incluye desayuno, es ilógico que si se pide un box de desayuno se deba pagar aparte aunque se solicite con tiempo(esa fue la información que me dio la persona de recepción)

Pros:

Gostamos bastante do restaurante MakeMake onde é servido o café da manhã. Ter acesso a esse restaurante, sem ter que sair do hotel, depois de um dia de passeio, foi a nossa salvação. A comida é sensacional e o atendimento idem. A equipe da recepção e os seguranças também foram acolhedores e nos aconselharam sobre como proceder após sofrermos um golpe do taxista na chegada ao hotel (usou uma máquina de cartão alterada e cobrou muito mais do que o combinado pela corrida). Resumidamente, o hotel atende às expectativas - bom atendimento, boa comida, camas confortáveis.

Cons:

Apesar de confortável e limpo, achamos que o quarto em si e o hotel em geral (arquitetura, instalações, etc.) têm um aspecto bastante antigo.

Personal del desayuno (había solo 2 personas y estaba lleno) y el desayuno como tal, fui a las 8 am y ya estaba vacío, hubo que esperar muchisimo para que repusieran algunas cosas básicas como vasos y tazas, muy sucio (la misma gente) pero no había nadie que limpiara. Además antes tenían sistema de ballet que se llevaba el auto, ahora hay que ir a buscar y dejarlo y queda bastante lejos, este era un plus, ahora es un hotel cualquiera.
