Lo stile e la decorazione delle aree comuni. Le camere hanno una dimensione adeguata. Il servizio deposito bagagli, molto comodo per chi viaggia. Buffet della colazione. Area piscina con tavolini. La posizione centrale, comoda al centro turistico.

Nel ristorante dell'Hotel, molti ingredienti non erano disponibili (carne di maiale e frutti di mare e alcuni pesci)

Personal muy amable y servicial. Desayuno excelente. Cerca de estaciones de metro.
Pros:

La ubicación es céntrica, muy cerca del metro Santa Lucía y U. de Chile, y de supermercados. Todo el personal es muy amable y servicial. Instalaciones limpias. Excelente el desayuno. Abundante agua caliente.

Cons:

Tal vez la tostadora la podrían cambiar y renovar los mini refris.

VERY RISKY TO BOOK HERE! I booked a month ahead of time for 3 nights, but when I arrive, I was told that my room does not have air conditioning, and was offered to cook in that room for a night, and then changed rooms the next day, with a 4-hour gap between check out and check in. So I left and had to find a different hotel at 1AM. It's extremely unprofessional to give the worst room in the hotel to a guest that has a 3-day booking and made it in advance. The oven room should be offered to someone booking last-minute, and if no one wants to cook, then it should go unrented.
