Entry and dining facilities were good
The room was very tired and the Hot water system was not functioning for two of the three days despite being reported. There was no instructions on how the telephone to access the services so had to go in person to report difficulties.
La temática del hotel es muy linda. El desayuno era delicioso, la habitación estaba limpia, y el resto del hotel igual. Volvería a quedarme.
La cama no era tan cómoda y era una cama para personas con silla de rueda, debería ser más cómoda.

si hubiese en la habitación un detalle más personalizado del hotel a los novios en su noche de bodas, de pronto una tarjeta
Los desayunos excelentes, buena calidad, variedad.
Preferimos plato de ducha y no bañera. Las llaves de la habitación fallaban con bastante frecuencia a pesar de no llevarla pegada al móvil.

Good breakfast
Location is super good to explore historical center. However historical center is deserted after 7pm, so you'd need to Uber somewhere else. Breakfast was a bonus, but very basic, I like fruits, coffee was not good.
Lobby was nice. Rooms need urgent updating, you can see there was lot of little fixes and patching, but it's ready for complete renovation. Tub was not draining well after shower.

El servicio de desayuno era a partir de las 7:30 hrs, siendo que existían muchos huéspedes que se hospedaron por la MDS, no logrando obtener el servicio por el horario indicado, en virtud de la fecha debieron haberlo adelantado para hacer más agradable la experiencia y que tuviese lógica el servicio del desayuno incluido.

Ponadto hotel nie potrafi lub nie chce przygotować śniadania na wynos przy wcześniejszym wymeldowaniu w tygodniu
Tiene un buen desayuno y el personal en general es muy amable y servicial.
Algunos tomacorrientes no servían, el control remoto del TV a veces no funcionaba.

Tiene muy buena ubicación, es de fácil llegar, el personal estuvo bien! Salvo un recepcionista ese día cuando llegamos se veía que estaba muuuuy estresado, nada grave pero otras personas podrían tomárselo a mal… me hospedé para la maratón de Santiago y ese día de la competencia salimos rápido en la mñn y cuando volvimos estaban las camas hechas! Y eso fue un alivio la vdd..
Mm como comenté en lo anterior me hospedé para la maratón ese día pedimos si nos podían brindar algún alimento ya que no íbamos a poder desayunar en el hotel y nos ofrecieron una colación de un pan, una naranja y un yogurt, hubiera estado mejor que en vez del yogurt nos hubieran dado algún té o agua y en reemplazo de la naranja un plátano! Nada terrible en vdd pero si quieren cosas por mejorar, esa es una..
