The location is very convenient. Room was adequate and comfortable. Breakfast was not up to expectations.
Once again, breakfast was disappointing from previous visits. When I went down only an hour after serving started, there was only 1 slice of white bread left, and no other bread choices. Only 1 serving of eggs left and they were overdone and dry. There were 2 juice choices but only 1 carafe of regular coffee. There were 2 choices of cold cereal which included 1 more adult choice. There were a few more food choices but, overall, not the breakfast available when I first started staying here on my trips.

Very passive staff, reluctant to help in the most basic of ways. Hugely disappointing quality overall. For example, breakfast was powdered scrambled eggs, meat, and coffee. Forget decaf, hot water, flavored creamer, etc. Towels in room were thinner than washcloths, water pressure was nonexistent, and sheets were very rough. Both rooms had mildew on bathtub floor due to remaining adhesive from non slip strips..

Stopped through on the way driving from Texas to Ohio. Stayed for the night. Convenient location. Very friendly staff! Large room with a king size bed, a couch and an arm chair.
The mattress was incredibly firm. If that's your jam, this is for you! We had a rough night with the mattress but it did what we needed to do which was get a couple winks before getting on the road again.

Noisy air conditioning unit and limited breakfast.
My wife and I spent 1 night here. We was supposed to stay 2. The Air Conditioner didn’t work, I told front desk. They came and reset it but it didn’t work. It was late so we went to bed. Went to front desk first thing in the morning and attendant told me they would fix it or switch rooms. We left to go to breakfast. Came back from breakfast over an hour later, checked at front desk, the manager said they would have a room ready in 10 minutes. I told him at that time if the room wasn’t ready we wanted a refund. We packed and waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes. The manager came back to desk and I told him we wanted a refund. He informed me that because I booked through Super.com I had to contact them. I did so and have not received a refund as of now. Will never stay there or use Super.com again.
we have stayed here before, and this time we had our grand daughter so a pool was a must. so when deciding on where to stay we picked this one because of the pool. we got there and was told the pool was closed. the person there was not opoligited at all he had the attitude that he did not care. the pool had been closed for over a month, so it would have been nice to have that in there website. we left and we to another hotel.
Pool was not open.
Everyone was friendly and check in a breeze.
