As soon as you pull into the parking lot you see a cone in a pot hole
I walked in the room and smelled of cigarettes
The towels had stains the room was dirty and the bathroom room was dirty. I cleaned the bathroom myself with Clorox
No breakfast, no pool, no coffee machines
The people around looked like druggies
Some people hanging around sitting in their really beat up cars smoking in the parking lot
Just disgusting place false advertising
Find somewhere ELSE to stay! Save yourself!

Room was full of roaches the ac didn't work only had 1 pillow ppl out all night drugs drinking fussing police stays coming out there this is horrible n uncomfortable, they need to clean and spray these rooms for bugs

BAD NEIGHBORHOOD. NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR FAMILIES. I stayed here to await some work credentials. Really was very disappointed. Owner was a decent man and was helpful-once i raised questions. This should never be the case when you are a paying guest . period.

Check in clerk was not very friendly. To be honest, when we drove around back to our room, it looked like a big drug house. We were so uncomfortable that we never even stopped the car. We made an immediate decision to just leave and find another hotel. Needless to say, we lost the money we spent for this hotel. Not very happy about that!

This wasa experience the system seemed to not work and I was accosted by another guest in the lobby. This was not a great adventure. I had to wait in the cold to get in the room. And was never given a key to the room .

I guess it was my fault for trying to book a hotel last minute during playoff weekend BUT a Knight’s Inn was better than this stay. Hell a shelter was better than this stay. It was dust all on the TV, stand, and lamps. The plumbing was messed up, toilet gurgling, and the shower drain was so clogged that the water does not go down. I wish y’all could of seen the amount of Lysol I sprayed and how much I wiped to even feel somewhat comfortable. I highly DO NOT recommend it is not worth spending a penny on.

Whoever inspects this location, inspect soon because I’m sure it will fail then shut that bs down and revamp it!

Hotel was absolutely disgusting and should not be habitable for the public. Room hadn't been cleaned, sheets unwashed, roaches in room. Save your money and go elsewhere. First checked in to a dirty room requested a new one which was just as dirty so we tried to get a refund and were denied. Needless to say we stayed elsewhere.

Overall the my stay was not good. The room was dirty, pillow cases were dirty, bathroom was dirty, there was no blank on the bed, and they charge $2.00 to get additional keys for the room.

I arrived on Dec 17th 2021 and I requested to be in a 2 non smoking room and was placed in 2 smoking rooms. I requested a change because I’m asthmatic and there were no available rooms left. I also experienced the hotel very unclean and appliances not operable. To top it off on Saturday there were roaches in the bathroom and shower. I am disappointed and I’m requesting a refund. I would not advise anyone to stay at this property in the future.

Even though we reserved a non-smoking room, we could smell smoke in the furniture and bedding material. This was disappointing.

I have always loved traveling and a descent hotel getaway but this hotel was legitimately the worst hotel I've ever checked into. It was unsanitary, the light switch didn't work and the staff refused a refund.

Had no breakfast even though was advertised to be one. Hand sanitizer station at check in desk was empty, mattress on bed was about what Fred Flintstone would have lain on. Had to wake up night clerk to check out and get a receipt. Property looks tired, old, run down

Rooms had roaches

Overall it was OK they need to do a better job of making sure the room is clean between guest. Positive note I did let me check in before 3 o’clock which was good.

This hotel was not clean and had cockroaches. Do not recommend this to anyone. Also smelled like smoke in the non smoking room.

Rep ignored me for a while and then came together see what I needed at the desk .besides that it was clean already .

This property is housing homeless people and the police were at the motel daily. The homeless people have a curfew but the noise through out the night was relentless. They refused to clean the room due to covid according to the staff so getting clean towels was a pain.

The hotel is a known to be frequented by local drug users and prostitution. The rooms are filthy and falling apart. The beds have bed bugs and cockroaches roam the rooms freely. There wasn’t any thing true about their advertising online.
