$9 bottle of water in guest rooms
Terrible pillows - down not available
Coffee machine in room not working
Outdoor private terrace did not have cushions on the furniture (every other terrace room did have them)
No elevator access to room. We were not informed in advance
The manager had a terrible attitude and no interest in trying to resolve the problem

A nice resort off the beaten path in Newport
Pros:

great staff, varied amenities and very spacious room with an outdoor patio.

Cons:

our room was a distance from the lobby and most amenities- like pool, gym, restaurants, etc. Also, we were not impressed with the food at the restaurant.
