You’re just a number here. No personal service
Pros:

Nice garden view from room

Cons:

Had to hunt down housekeeping to clean room. Waited a whole day. GeForce they refreshed. There are too many weddings and events going on, so they prioritise cleaning wedding guests rooms in order to get the next round of wedding guests room ready. A constant cycle.

Beautiful hotel in a great location!
Pros:

The hotel was perfect for our baby moon! The hotel staff was super friendly the minute we got there, the rooms were very clean and spacious, the restaurant on site was delicious and the pool was perfect! The location of the hotel is also perfect, right on the water and within a 10 minute walk to the downtown area.

Cons:

Nothing! We have zero complaints!

We were blessed with beautiful weather for our two night family stay. We had four rooms that were booked some time ago a

Starting with Brian, the parking manager, the staff was friendly, personable and efficient. Check in was easy and again staff were friendly and helpful. Lunch was great with Del, who remembered a guests dietary needs from a lunch at least two weeks previously. Pool attendants again were helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable on a very busy day. The Handicap Accessible room was spacious and had good grab bars in the bathroom.The family enjoyed using the complimentary shuttle van and the water taxi. The outdoor pool was perfect especially for a last swim on the day we left when the clouds had rolled in and I had the pool all to myself. Brian saw us off with the same pleasant friendly contact and as always name recognition. Impressive.

Cons:

The handicap accessible room had a tub rather than a roll in shower. Please think about changing this next time you remodel. Tubs and wheelchairs don’t mix!

Good not great
Pros:

Great location, lovely scenery. Food & service were very good.

Cons:

The place is sprawling almost too disjointed. Reception staff was incompetent - placed our family in several different areas.

Room was comfortable. Cleaning staff were good.
Food in restaurants was very good.

Cons:

Extremely expensive with no amenities.
No concierge.
Everything had an additional cost added to exorbitant room rate.
Pool was so hot that you couldn’t cool off . Filled with young kids so an adult couldn’t even take a swim.

Overall, we had a great time. The location is great!
Pros:

All Staff and food were great! Outdoor area at the bar on the deck and pool were incredible. The views were incredible.

Cons:

The outside of the hotel is very dated. Could use a fresh coat of a different color paint or siding. The yellow looks terrible. It doesn't do the inside, which is beautiful, any justice. Pineapple bar area is run down and could be updated. We stayed away from there. The cushions on the chairs on the deck near the upper outdoor restaurant/bar area need to be replaced. Many rips, seagull stains and fading. We had a captains room and all of the cushions on our deck were stained and faded. For the price I paid, there should be updated cushions or at least make an effort to have them cleaned. There was also no large mirror in the upstairs suite for the bathroom. Had to go up and down stairs to get ready.

Pros:

The king room was much smaller than expected, and the bed wasn't actually king-sized. It was also missing some of the listed amenities, such as slippers, and felt very cramped. Our air conditioning didn't work when we arrived. We reported it to reception, and someone came to fix it, but it stopped working again shortly afterward. Even when it did work, the AC unit was extremely large and very noisy, making it difficult to sleep.

Cons:

The swimming pool is very small and always overcrowded with kids, making it almost impossible to swim. The staff is friendly but unprofessional and understaffed for a hotel of this size. As a result, the common areas aren't kept clean, and the restaurant tables are often dirty.

Property is pretty and quiet

Cons:

We were given a moldy, recently flooded room with a bad smell in the bathroom. I had to complain to be moved. The management had some clothing I left behind I the move and it took over 2 hours to track it down. All I got was a sorry. I expected more from a resort. Staff are nice but management is lacking
