Lovely hotel with great service & facilities in a lovely location
Pros:

Facilities - only wish the weather was better to enjoy more time in the outdoor areas. The room was lovely - spacious & spotlessly clean. Breakfast - great choice, tasty & fresh. Location - a nice 15 minute walk along the water into the heart of Newport or alternatively a shuttle running every 30 minutes

Comfortable rooms with a nice view in Newport
Pros:

The room was spacious, with a very pleasant sitting area and large windows overlooking the water.
The staff provided things not normally in rooms, such as a kettle.
There is a drinking fountain to refill bottles in every room.
There was a problem with our bathroom sink and it was sorted quickly and efficiently.

Cons:

There is a charge of USD 35 per night for parking cars... for hotel guests, who are already paying around USD 400 per room, it seems an exaggeration.
The bathrooms are very small, when the overall size of the room allowed for larger ones.
There is very little space for hanging / storing clothes.

Below average experience. Balcony furniture was not clean

Cons:

Each time you park the car or take it out, you have to pay 20-40$ depending on how long your parked the car. The hotel is on another island, goat island, it also provides shuttles but for people paying for the most expensive room, $250 in parking charges is ridiculous and would never stay here again,
