Staff were extremely polite and made some fantastic recommendations.

Cons:

- No face cloths in the bathroom
- Pillows are extremely uncomfortable and extremely thin

No creo que repita.
Pros:

Hotel de 4 estrellas muy correcto. Precio contenido, debido a su ubicacion un poco lejos del centro. A 40 minutos paseando de la plaça catalunta. Amplia la habitacio y el baño y muy limpio.
Recepcion 24h.

Cons:

El colchon. Muy duro y con los muelles que se clavan. Para nada un colchon de un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Ni un agua de cortesia.

Qualità prezzo adeguata. Esperienza super positiva.
Pros:

Secondo soggiorno presso hotel Zenit. Personale disponibile, mi é stata offerta una camera diversa con la possibilità di fare prima il check-in. Camera di grande spazio, pulita e curata. Proposta molto apprezzata perché sta che del viaggio. Ambienti puliti e tutto profumato in modo delicato. Posizione ottima e molto ben servita. Confermo la bella esperienza. Un applauso ai bicchieri in camera di vetro!E non plastica!

Cons:

Set di cortesia in camera…non dovrebbero essere due come gli ospiti che hanno prenotato? (Nulla di grave) ma sarebbe stato gradito. :)

La nostra sicurezza sulla Diagonal.
Pros:

Stanze pulite e ordinate, personale sempre disponibile e cortese, posizionato in un quartiere ricercato e ben servito dai mezzi. Apprezziamo soprattutto le pulizie quotidiane con cambio asciugamani.

Cons:

Ogni volta che andiamo troviamo sempre un solo kit di "amenities"... tocca sempre rivolgersi alla reception (comunque gentilissima). Peccato perché non credo che lasciare uno spazzolino per ogni ospite cambi il budget della struttura, così come una sola bustina di caffè e un solo kit singolo di ogni cosa. Stiamo comunque parlando di un hotel classificato a 4 stelle. Perché allora cascare su queste piccolezze?

La struttura non è nuovissima, l'arredo sicuramente è un po' vissuto, a differenza del servizio, che come dicevo è sempre di livello.
