Hard to see the drive into hotel. You have to travel through a gas station parking lot to get to the hotel.

This place is a dump. Cracked concrete. The indoor pool smells. The room was gross furniture. The only good thing was the nice desk clerk.

Would not provide a room saying that there were no room available for a dog. Later, my friend called to ask how much a room was and that he had a dog. They quoted a price and started about a $25 pet fee. They were going to book it if he wanted it.

This is the worst experience. I have ever experienced at a hotel. Broken down concrete outside. The exterior entrance is a mess. The front receptionist was nice. The inside pool smelled like mildew. The elevator smelled too. Plus they say it is a non smoking building. This place is a nightmare.

We stay at Comfort Inn & Suites often when traveling. We had trouble with our check-in so we were upgraded to a King suite which was well below expectations. The rooms need to be renovated and cleaned better. The staff here was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very slow with check in. The room appeared to be clean, bathroom run was peeling and cracked, the parking lot lights were too bright to the point that it looked like it was daytime, poor curtains/not blackout curtains, and the worst part is that there were bed bugs. My son and I both discovered bites the next morning.

We were in town for an event and a group of us had several rooms. All of them smelled moldy, and the AC struggled...the units would say like 60 degrees but it definitely wasn't.

Also the pool was closed which was disappointing because the pool was one of the reasons we picked that hotel.

It was a quiet and refreshing stay after our trip to Cumberland Falls. Enjoyed very comfortable beds and slept great! Bathroom was very clean and had special cabinets for clothes storage along with iron/ironing board. Design is very detail oriented with the guests in mind! Staff was very kind and helpful for our needs.

The stay was good we enjoyed it. However the breakfast and breakfast area were the worst! I would stay again but plan to go else where for breakfast.

My room was wonderful, so spacious and clean. I wish i could have stayed longer than one night. . I dont have anything negative to say about the property.
