Very disappointing. Did not live up to our expectations. Lacked ammenities and services.

Communication was very unclear as to services. There was no cleaning provided...five days with trash not emptied, clean towels only when requested. Front desk did not answer phone. Put on hold when calling for services but never picked up. Had to go to front desk in person to make contact. One front desk clerk said we would get services. One said absolutely not, no longer provided. The closet was missing one whole door. Right side could not be shut. Coffee pod refills had to be requested each time. Coffee pot was unplugged and the plug was behind the TV console. Took a full day to remedy that. Dining room had been closed for a while and that was not communicated. Other than an adjacent taco bar, there was no food on site. First day water was provided. After that there was a charge per bottle.

The hotel was visually awesome, however there needs to be many repairs made to the suite that we stayed in.
Pros:

Excellent location and keeping the vintage style look was great!

Cons:

The mattress was old and extremely loud (springs) and uncomfortable with broken head/footboard.

A good amount of hair was found inside of the bathroom tub.

The hot water was leaking the entire time, keeping the room musty/humid and warm.

The AC unit would not cool below 72.

No TV in the bedroom.

Tissues were wadded up and felt used, and placed back into box. It was kind of strange.

No microwave to re-heat food we had in fridge.
Had to eat it cold.

Trash/waste of money I should have picked a modern hotel I regret staying at the manger hotel

Not as good as I remembered
Cons:

The shower head sprayed everywhere except on me, light bulb out in the bathroom. Bedside lamp was not plugged in, I had to get on my hands and knees to plug it into the wall behind the bed.

It met our needs and we'd stay again.
Pros:

timely check in, friendly staff, ease of valet parking, beautiful, historic hotel.

Cons:

When you choose a historic location, then you can expect to deal with some less than perfect amenities. Bathroom small and old. Noise from street outside very loud. Location right next to elevator was noisy. Walls are thin. No chain lock on door, where you could see one use to exist. The bar does not offer food past 10 p.m. and understaffed.
