Amazing hotel, beautiful architecture and an excellent location.
Pros:

Installations, architecture, history, feeling part of every place

Cons:

Staff at reception, the second one and last one that attended us, were ladies and were so not interested in giving any service, so their attitude was not good at all.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

The old lobby makes you feel like you are staying in a grand hotel. The room was amazing if you like historic places and can deal with the quirks of old buildings. We stayed in one of the suites--Lillie Langtry. Our room had 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a well appointed bedroom. The furniture was antique and fit the overall vibe of the hotel. We parked our car in the nearby mall parking lot. It was less expensive than the valet parking, was covered and was only a short walk from the hotel. We didnt' use our car at all, we walked everywhere and enjoyed the city.

Cons:

Like most old buildings, the plumbing can be tricky. The shower heads lacked water pressure and direction. We managed just fine, but we mentioned it to the front desk as we were checking out.
