Good value for the location.
Pros:

Enjoyed the secure underground parking. Stayed parked there the whole time and walked to every where.

Pros:

Great lighting, large washroom. Walking distance to wharf and plenty of restaurants.

Cons:

Housekeeping was rude about trying to service our room like oir schedule was inconvenient for them.

Overall it was good
Pros:

The hotel was great but don't count on the hotel shuttle. The people of the shuttle was good but most of the time we had to use an Uber to get places. They don't run often enough. Mostly in the afternoons if at all.

Magnificent.
Pros:

So clean and beautiful. The location was perfect. We had a King ocean view. Seeing the sea planes land and take off from our balcony was so fun. Worth every Penny.

There are many choices along the harbor
Pros:

This is a good one. Walkable to center city and harbor sites. Lovely breakfast. Comfortable sleep. Helpful staff. Good choice 👍

Lovely hotel and location.
Pros:

The location is ideal. Still close to the action but not hectic. Loved the bidet, hot tub, balcony view. Restaurant had great views and good breakfast. Parking was easy and reasonably priced $29/day.

Cons:

Wish we knew we could take a water taxi directly to the hotel. Room needed a bit of service: loud A/C unit, no working fan in bathroom, awaken by an errant 6:00am alarm on the clock in the room. Women’s locker room showers were difficult to use, and there were no towels.

The location is excellent, but the hotel is overpriced, as its standards and overall experience do not match the ambitio

Cons:

The soundproofing is horrible. I could hear the neighbours upstairs, the neighbours through the wall, and people in the corridor as if they were in the room with me. It was impossible to rest because people were constantly moving around — at midnight, 3 a.m., and even 6 a.m.

Shower Water Pressure
Pros:

This is an older hotel and it is apparent. The shower water pressure was very low. But the towels were nice and fluffy.
The walls are thin. I heard sneezing and coughing from next door. The floors are thin too. Someone was walking around and it sounded like they were stomping.
Location is good.
