We had a wonderful stay at the Coast Victoria Hotel and Marina and honestly I cannot fault it, the location is absolutely fabulous and right by the water so we could walk to loads of restaurants and shops in just a few minutes. The rooms were spotlessly clean and so comfy, we slept like babies every night and the beds were extremely perfect for a good rest. The swimming pool was brilliant, we spent ages in there and the kids loved it too. What really made the trip though was the staff, every single one of them was so helpfull and friendly, always going out of their way to sort anything we needed and give us tips on what to see around Victoria. The whole place felt welcoming and relaxing from the moment we arrived. We would come back in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Lovely, lovely stay and thank you to the whole team.

The Location & Hotel Atmosphere was excellent. Mickey at Front Desk gave us a corner Ocean front room. We stayed in room 908 Our room was cleaned and restocked no matter what time we were out of the room. Great room service Reid at the concierge desk was so helpful and personable. He drove us and picked us up in the Courtesy vehicle anytime we wanted. The food in the restaurant was awesome and reasonably priced for the quality. The pool was awesome. Thanks Reid for your exceptional service. Suzuna was so friendly and helpful everyday we needed something or to answer questions. Delvin, Devon & Darlene were awesome everyday at breakfast. Devon gave us amazing personal service and was so accommodating with special requests Caroline the evening server and Jordon & Brian the Bartenders went the extra mile for us everyday and night. So personable and friendly. They treated us like good friends and made us feel like family. Craig our evening server was so accommodating and professional. He even reversed my bill after I forgot to ask for my ambassador discount. Thanks so much Craig. Saho gave us a late checkout even when the hotel was fully booked. Thanks to all the staff and management for making our experience one to remember.

Carpets were a bit tired in the hallways, which made it look a bit shabby.

Die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt zu Fuss auszukundschaften
Liegt nur 2 Minuten vom Ferry Hafen entfernt, wo wir boarden mussten fuer Port Angeles.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 9. Stock mit Aussicht und einem kleinen Balkon
Einfaches Parken mit fairen Preisen
Das Restauarant hat nicht so eine schoene Terrasse um gemuetlich zu essen (wir haben auf der Sonnenterrasse vom Aura Hotel gegessen, welches 5 Min. zu Fuss entfernt ist und eine tolle Aussicht hat).
Das Parkhaus hat gewisse niedrige Parkplaetze wo man mit einem hohen Fahrzeug (SUV) das Dach beschaedigen kann.
Das Hotel liegt in der Startbahn der Wasserflugzeuge und es kann etwas laermig sein (hat uns selber nicht gestoert, dass es spannend ist zuzuschauen und sie zwischen ca. 19 Uhr und 8 Uhr nicht mehr fliegen)
