Please note that a Green Tax of USD 6 per child, per night is applicable additionally. This tax is already calculated and included in the booking price for adults.

Mookai Hotel is easily accessible by a taxi from Velana International Airport to arrive on your own. If you require the transfer to be arranged by the hotel and pay at the hotel, we can assist you in that regard.

You should request the transfer minimum 48 hours prior to arrival with your flight details. Please note that we do not have a dedicated hotel vehicle for airport transfers and you will be transferred in a public taxi.

Superb
Pros:

Perfect transit accommodation 1 minute walk from airport1s ferry. Elegant old hotel with excellent service and staff (much more better than I expected).
We were lucky to visit few place in Malé. Fish market and next to bank of ocean must see! There are so many ray and shark, include tigershark

Pros:

Schönes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch ein Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Personal ist bei Anliegen sehr hilfsbereit. Alles sehr sauber.
Der Zeitraum zum Frühstücken könnte etwas länger sein. Hotel würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

For a single traveler on a business visit, this is a very good economical choice.
Pros:

The hotel was very close to the Ferry terminal. 5min walk from airport arrivals to the ferry terminal that has a ferry every 15min to Male during day time (For 15 Maldivian Rufiyaa one way) and another 2 Min walk to hotel when you reach Male. From airport to hotel in less than 30min!!!

Breakfast was satisfactory too.

Cons:

There is a nearby hotel under construction. Can get bit noisy during day time. But mostly tolerable.
Just basic facilities at the hotel and room.

Pros:

Room size was good, location was good, close to the ferry.

Cons:

Strange smell in the bathroom, AC was loud. Some noise from outside even late at night. Bathtub didn't drain properly.

Pros:

We were given an apartment with 2 rooms, ideal for a family with the perfect sea view. The facilities were quiet worthy the price. The staff were very welcoming and accommodates all the requests. Special thanks to the one who did our check in and the HK guys who helped us find a taxi for our airport transfer. Highly recommended

Pros:

Good location in Male City.
There are many restaurants, small supermarkets, gyms nearby.
There is a ferry connection from the airport, it is very handy.
Staff is very good.
Breakfast was very good as well, a good start for the day.
