Housekeeping staff exceptionally friendly and eager to find the $20 i left for a reward. Hope the maintenance man painting each hallway room door would have not pocketed the money himself!! Breakfast offerings very nice and even hot choice to cook yourself. Magnifico! Pool water spotlessly clean and my girlfriend remarked about the texture on the pool floor...a first of it's kind for our swim!! All in all we would stay again if we come to BRF...nearly the same low price as the casino hotel. Dandy...warm regards...R. Blaeser...Oh, and i forgot a micro bag of popcorn that needs to be popped LOL

The welcome was not friendly
Dogs barking all the time and nothing being done about it after I complained.
The wifi is not secure, & they dont care.
The breakfast was just so so. Coffee & oj was the best thing

Pros:

No staff for check in, had to call for help. Curtains were filthy and blocked the AC fan, took forever to cool down the room. Pool was almost out of towels and hot tub was frothy and dirty. Shower floor creaked like you were about to fall through. It did function. Bed was very nuce.

Great check-in. Hotel is a bit old but fairly clean. Window in room opens which helps with the stale odor. Overall not bad for a place to sleep for the night! Definitely has potential with a little more renovating.

Great Desk Staff, Room had mold
Pros:

Checkin was smooth and quick and attendent was very helpful. Bed was firm so not to my liking. Biggest complaint is that there was mold on the bathroom wall in an outline where wet towels have been hung and mold is a huge health problem.
