Would not stay here again unless I had a ground floor room.

Cons:

No elevator. I have never stayed at a hotel that did not have an elevator so this was a complete shock to me when we loaded up our luggage cart for a five day stay and had to haul everything up the stairs.

I didn’t like this hotel at all. I wasn’t even able to get to my room because the staff was so terrible. I will be leaving many terrible reviews of this place. I would advise people not to stay here.

Front desk was able to switch rooms upon request.

Cons:

Double queen rooms have beds that are challenging if you are short but there were no handicap accessable two bed rooms available. Also all the pillows are very puffy, even for a side sleeper

Not worth it

Location was perfect

Cons:

There were a few things we didn't enjoy & would not reccomend. The pool was freezing cold. We dont think they even had the heat for it turned on. Teeth chattering, turn purple type cold. The pool deck was filthy, covered in dead bugs and wads of hair. The rooms were pretty dirty as well. We had to wipe up the entry because of snow on our boots, and the towel we used, showed that the floors dont get thoroughly cleaned. Coffee stains under thr sink. Tables not wiped well. Pack n play mattress and sheets were disgusting with stains and unpleasant odor. The TVs malfunctioned often. The doors deadbolts didnt work. Outlets wouldnt work. Staff wasnt eager to greet or communicate. We ordered two different pizzas and got two of the same. Not trying to nit pick, but quality for price isnt there.
