Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich perfekt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und sicher in diesem Hotel.
Die Dachterrasse empfanden wir eher etwas unaufgeräumt und klein. Es wäre schön, wenn man auch abends ein Getränk bestellen könnte.
It’s the first hotel I always think about whenever I visit Barcelona, it’s super comfortable with a great location. Every destination is reachable whether by walking or using public transportation.
Breakfast options are limited however it’s not a big deal in Barcelona since there are many reachable brunch restaurants

Apesar da centralidade da implantação do edifício, o isolamento sonoro é surpreendentemente eficaz! A qualidade do colchão superou as expectativas. Uma noite de sono profundo no coração da cidade!
O sistema de ventilação do WC do quarto poderia funcionar melhor... Muito vapor depois do banho... Demasiado tempo para o ambiente estabilizar. O espelho de aumento do WC deveria ter sido colocado mais alto.

The location is great. It's in a safe neighborhood. It's close to most tourist attractions.
The staff is a bit full of themselves. I didn't get that. They get a 200 € guarantee. It’s good to know that.
Amazing location, very safe to walk around, not too touristy area which allows you to find decently priced places, on checkout date they allowed me to use the sauna shower to freshen up before a late evening departure flight, as late checkout wasn’t available. Great staff, friendly and welcoming, good for solo travellers
The rooms were fairly comfy: The blinds were great at blocking out sunlight, the TV allowed for Phone Mirroring, and I also had space in the minifridge to store beverages and food I bought outside. You are also able to turn off the air conditioning completely, which is great since it would have blown onto me while I slept. The floors are also secure, requiring all guests to scan their key cards when going to a floor.
The staff was also very kind.
When I reserved a room a few weeks in advance, I asked for a quiet room away from the elevators, and if possible not near any family-occupied rooms. However, the room I was given was almost directly next to the elevator, with children from a room next to mine playing in-front of my room - you could hear pretty much everything from the hallway and the adjecent rooms. This was quite the disturbance, sadly.
The beds were generally comfortable, but the sheets felt "slippery" on the matress cover they used, so that the sheets moved with every movement.

From check in we were greeted in a calm and relaxing atmosphere, right through to our departure.
Every single staff member was courteous and friendly!
