В целом отель оставил очень приятное впечатление. Можно смело рекомендовать
Pros:

Безусловно отель соответствует всем описаниям, свежий ремонт без претензий к санузлу. Великолепны расположение, сервис, чистота, тишина ( от соседей) и комфорт в номере, наличие чайного набора, мини холодильника. Круглосуточный менеджер на входе. Ежедневная смена всего белья. По большому счету только цена могла бы быть чуть ниже.

Cons:

Каждый раз выходя из отеля было необходимо сдавать электронный ключ, не совсем понятно. На ночь не включали кондиционер, открывали окна , утром сильный грохот от городских сервисных служб. Если окна закрывать, наружные звуки почти не слышны.

Troppa moquette nelle camere e bagno scomodissimo, per persone dal metro e ottanta in su. Abbiamo dormito nella camera 66. Ho allegato le foto.

Pros:

Edificio clásico de paris renovado completamente. Muy buena reforma y habitaciones espaciosas. El personal fantástico, sin duda lo mejor

Nada, quizá lo único el ascensor q es pequeño pero entendemos que dado el espacio es lo máximo q se puede hacer por la protección del edificio. El desayuno muy bueno, tipo buffet pero variedad la justa

I had a really nice stay and would like to come back in the future
Pros:

Excellent location, only 5min walk to Notre-Dame Cathedral. The Louvre and Musee d'Orsay are also within a comfortable walking distance. The room is clean and comfortable with air conditioning, which saved my life during the heat wave. The staff members are very friendly and helpful, they made my stay very enjoyable.

Cons:

The room was a little small, but that's quite typical for hotels in central Paris.

Cons:

Pas à hauteur du nombre d étoiles
Les serviettes étaient rêches et peu agréable. Pas de rideau dans la salle de bain
Fragilité de la cuvette des toilettes.
Pas de bouteille d eau pour accueil en plein été
Et surtout pas de prises aux chevets pour recharger les téléphones et pour avoir à proximité

Our room was very nice

Cons:

Due to extreme heat the room was very hot. The staff didn't bother to assist in making our stay more comfortable. Would have been nice to have a fan or two brought to our room.

staff molto gentile e disponibile, mi hanno cambiata di stanza 2 volte visti i disagi, lobby bella

camere piccolissime. la prima camera che mi e' stata assegnata dava su una scala interna ed era sempre perennemente buia, sembrava di stare in prigione. ho chiesto di cambiare stanza e mi hanno dato una camera che aveva la ventola del bagno rotta, per cui faceva un rumore assordante tutta la notte. ho notificato il problema e ho chiesto almeno dei tappi per le orecchie, e mi hanno detto che non li avevano, non si sono neanche offerti di andare a prendermeli (c'era di fronte un carrefour aperto 24/7) e io essendo una donna sola non me la sono sentita di andare, quindi ho ordinato un deliveroo che per 10 euro me li ha portati. strano che un hotel non abbia tappi per le orecchie.
non ho dormito tutta la notte a causa di questo rumore. non tornerei e non lo consiglierei. sono stata cosi male che ho chiesto di andare via prima visti i disagi e cambiare hotel per dormire e mi hanno detto che non era possibile. avevo prenotato per la settimana dopo e non sono andata. ovviamente non mi hanno accettato la cancellazione. e si sono presi comunque i soldi del no-show. mi sarei aspettata come minimo uno sconto, o che mi lasciassero andare senza addebitarmi costo extra della notte non utilizzata.
