Pros:

Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were nice. Fantastic location in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood but close to multiple public transport options to take you anywhere.

Cons:

Room and balcony were smaller than expected for the price. Some staff seemed junior and clueless - couldn't get a straight answer on a half day / 4pm checkout from various staff until one just made up a ridiculous cost, which we declined on principle.

تجربتي في هذا الفندق كانت سيئة جداً. لم تتوفر الخدمات الأساسية: لا مناشف إضافية، لا سرير إضافي، لا تعديل للتكييف. طُلب مني نقل الأغراض بنفسي من وإلى الرُدهة عند الوصول والمغادرة. البطانية والمكواة لم تصل للغرفة، بل طُلب مني استلامها من الرُدهة. بالإضافة، التنظيف اليومي كان سيئاً. والأسوأ أن صور بوكينج لا تشبه الواقع أبداً.

“My experience at this hotel was extremely poor. Basic services were unavailable: no extra towels, no extra bed, no A/C adjustment. I had to carry my luggage myself to and from the lobby at arrival and departure. The blanket and iron were not delivered to the room; I had to pick them up from the lobby. Additionally, the daily cleaning was very poor. Worst, Booking photos do not match reality at all.”

“Mon expérience dans cet hôtel a été extrêmement mauvaise. Les services de base étaient indisponibles : pas de serviettes supplémentaires, pas de lit supplémentaire, pas de réglage de la clim. J’ai dû porter mes bagages moi-même vers et depuis le hall, à l’arrivée et au départ. La couverture et le fer n’ont pas été livrés en chambre; on m’a demandé de les récupérer au hall. En plus, le ménage quotidien était très mauvais. Pire encore, les photos sur Booking ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité.”

Cons:

Nuit horrible, impossible de dormir à cause des voisins du dessus qui ont bougé des meubles toute la nuit et des voisins d’à côté qui ont crié comme des animaux.

On a payé pour être upgradé et nous avons eu la plus mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel depuis qu’on y va.

Nous sommes fatigués, nous n’avons pas pu nous reposer et nous avons de la route à faire

Pros:

Очень понравилось отношение персонала к гостям- внимательное и вежливое. Расположение -великолепное, в шаговой доступности автобус, метро,трамвай, рестораны, кафе, магазины.
Сам отель очень по-доиашнему милый и уютный.
