Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, sind sauber und bieten Wasser und Kaffee umsonst an. Im Hotel gibt es ein gutes Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, mit 18 € pro Person aber auch nicht besonders preisgünstig.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht um die Gäste.

Cons:

Die Dusche bildete in unserem Zimmer eine Einheit mit der Badewanne, in die man zum Duschen hineinklettern musste. Das ist für ältere Menschen durchaus problematisch. Möglicherweise bietet das Hotel auch Zimmer mit alleinstehender Dusche an. Hier müsste man nachfragen.
Auch ein zweites Kissen, wenn man zum Schlafen höher liegen muss, musste extra nachgefragt werden.

Die housekeeping-mitarbeitende war freundlich, was man von der Rezeptions-mitarbeitenden nicht sagen kann, die Body Lotion war prima

+Das knarzende Bett, dass sich bei jeder Bewegung laut meldete +Kaltes Wasser zum Duschen in der früh +die unprofessionelle rezeptions-Mitarbeiterin, die familienbeziehungen erfindet, die Schuld bzgl. Der vergessenen Aufbettung freilich aufs housekeeping schiebt

Schöner Aufenthalt für einen Kurztrip
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels was super. Sehr zentral um sich die Stadt anzuschauen und nicht weit weg von Bahnhof, sodass man auch mit den Zug anreisen kann. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Betten waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich, aber das mag ja jeder anders.

Super Hotel mit ein paar Abstrichen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und sehr reichhaltig. Zudem überzeugt das Hotel durch seine zentrale Lage. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist die extrem enge Parkhauseinfahrt, für die eine Gebühr von 15 Euro pro Tag anfällt.

Cons:

Leider war das Bad bei unserer Ankunft nicht sonderlich sauber, was in dieser Preisklasse nicht sein sollte. Auch die Parkplatzsituation ist ein kleiner Schwachpunkt: Die Einfahrt ist wirklich extrem eng. Wer mit einem großen Auto anreist, sollte hier vorsichtig sein.
