Estimados:
Junto con saludar, quisiera manifestar una situación ocurrida durante el horario de desayuno. Al bajar al comedor, este se encontraba completamente lleno, sin disponibilidad de tazas ni platos para servirse. Da la impresión de que falta mayor logística y rapidez en la reposición de la loza, además de una mejor organización considerando la alta cantidad de huéspedes. También se observa insuficiencia de mesas y sillas para la capacidad existente.
Por otra parte, durante la noche el ascensor presentó problemas de funcionamiento, situación que genera incomodidad y dificulta el desplazamiento de los pasajeros.
Espero puedan revisar estos puntos y adoptar las mejoras necesarias para brindar un mejor servicio.
