Beautiful room. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

Cons:

Chair on the balcony needed to be cleaned. There was o ly one chair o the balcony for two guests. The top drawer of the desk needed to be cleaned. The threads in the carpet needed to be trimmed. Balcony door lock needs to be fixed.

Cleaning of the room

Cons:

There was one of front office staff very aggressive and non polite, (Mirdul) he talked us with bad way and he hasn't way to talk with guests. Any way mr Ahmed and Taleb solved the problem.

Not as good as it used to be,
Pros:

Good location for restaurants. Chops right next door is a bonus.

Cons:

Woman at check-in was incredibly rude. A lot of times the front desk seemed abandoned. Overall condition of hotel seems to be slipping. Seems dirtier, more rundown. Almost feels like it has new management or ownership and they have lower standards.
