L'emplacement est a proximité de plusieurs commodités
Le déjeunent pas inclus contrairement à ce qui nous avait été dit. Sofa lit n'est pas confortable.
Le restaurant a proximiter , donc pour une soirée je n'est pas eu a me deplacer en voiture une fois sur place.
La piscine est petite, mais il en na une !
Bien situé plusieurs choix de restaurant a pied de l’hotel. Hotel propre, et agreable, tranquille et confortablement. Mini piscine, spa et gym pour raviver ses muscles apres in long voyagement.
Pres de ottawa.
L’acceuil etait tres mauvais. La receptioniste n’etait pas souriante ni accueillante. Elle ne trouvait pas ma reservation malgre ma confirmation et mon revu de paiement. Donc sa lolution a ete de passer les clients arrivés apres moi et les appels telephoniques avant moi. Elle m’a demandé de m’assoir su lobby pour parienter. Apres quelqies temps addise je suis retourné la voir et elle m’a dit: a oui je vais verifier car je ne trouve pas votre reservation.
Elle m’a repeter sans politesse a 4 reprises qu’elle ne trouvait pas ma reservation, elle parraissait me dire que c’etait mon probleme… apres 8 heures de route, ma patience etait courte.
L’hotel est a 1/2 vide et tu as ma preuve de reservation alors donne moi une chambre et regle tes problèmes administratif de ton coté et par politessese, excuse-toi du delais.
Bref, bon hotel pour un escale mais service a la clientele mauvais.
Aussi pour le wifi il faut aller a la reception pour qu’elle mette un code sur l’appareil

Les documents indique qu’aucun mot de passe n’est nécessaires mais cela ne fonctionne pas.
Un autre sereau demande notre no chambre, nom et courriel mais cela ne fonctionne pas non plus.
La receptionniste doit mettre un autre mot de passe gardé secret. Sans sourire, regard ni gentillesse vous obtiendrez un wifi qui fonctionne bien. Sinon, pas de wifi. En 2026, cest plutot etonnant detre avare du wifi pour les clients.
Donc si vous n’apporter pas d’importance au service a la clientele, c’est un bon hotel.

You could park and walk to a restaurant for supper. Did not have to get back in the car.

Our room was very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We liked having a choice of pillow! Staff was helpful when we had a problem.
Our room had a very loud sound all the time that made it very difficult to sleep. It was either the elevator or ventilation. We told the front desk and they said they would look into the problem. They offered compensation with a voucher from CHOP. Otherwise, we really liked the hotel and will definitely stay here again and ask for a room away from the elevators.
Good location, friendly staff and rooms were modern and clean
Only negative was my card for the room didn't always work and had to go to the front desk to have it fixed
