Overall a good place to stay.
Pros:

The efficiency of staff. The shuttle to airport. Very clean facility!

Cons:

The temp in the room would not go down - must have been permanently set ?
Staff didn’t smile.
I asked for a late check out time of 1330 the night before. A woman called me at 1300 asking if I was checking out as noon was check out time.

Pros:

Bed comfy.

Cons:

Bathroom had toothpaste spray all over the wall, damp cloth would have removed it.
Staff was rather indifferent to our arrival, no smiles no greeting etc.
Bit over priced for what it was.

Cons:

I had issues at check in, we went to go in the pool and the pool area was disgusting it looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The smell chlorine was soooooo bad that our eyes were burning and my child had an asthma attack and had to go outside … the front desk people just wrote it off like oh well I’ll look in to that. The bathroom had a strange smell in our room like it wasn’t clean, I’m not picky and stay in may hotels but will NOT stay here again. I hope this helps another family.

Great place, great location poorly managed and poor staff coordination lets the place down.

I thought it was a great place but disappointed with the staff

Cons:

Upon arrival, there was only one staff member at the front desk, and they were on a personal call, so I waited approx 15mins. I asked about wifi, and they said on the card, which is OK, but on logging in to the guest wifi I got no internet and no prompt to complete a login procedure. Sometimes this can be related to the platform, so I tried my cell, tablet and laptop, no success. It was late, so I just gave up.
In the morning, they were confused about a shuttle ride to the airport. The vehicle was sitting outside, but the front desk couldn't find the driver. They called a manager up front. He asked if I had signed the book the night before, which was on a nearby table. I said no as no one asked me about the shuttle and told me about the book. The manager's attitude was clearly that this was my fault. Meanwhile, the original desk clerk did find the driver, and he was very pleasant and happy to drive just me.

We needed to be close to the airport and we really enjoyed the hotel.
Pros:

Location was great for what we needed, lots of options close by for food. Staff were extremely friendly and easy to talk with. The room was a good size for our family.

Cons:

We would have liked to have had access to a EV charger as we were coming from out of town.
