Felt unsafe at the end

Cons:

My room was locked with the door stopper thing and someone tried to come in by removing this thing. They should know my room is booked til 12 and it was only 10:30. Thank god I woke up to tell him stop. If I didn’t wake up they would’ve came in. The person I was with was scared and couldn’t believe what’s happening

Very disappointing.
Cons:

The room was not cleaned properly, the desk top and night stand were still smeared with something... It was disgusting.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was subpar.
When a call was placed to express concern about the screaming kids running in the hallway the front desk staff member was abrupt and did not follow up.
The hotel has definitely declined in the last 3 years.

Overall a good place to stay.
Pros:

The efficiency of staff. The shuttle to airport. Very clean facility!

Cons:

The temp in the room would not go down - must have been permanently set ?
Staff didn’t smile.
I asked for a late check out time of 1330 the night before. A woman called me at 1300 asking if I was checking out as noon was check out time.

Bed comfy.

Cons:

Bathroom had toothpaste spray all over the wall, damp cloth would have removed it.
Staff was rather indifferent to our arrival, no smiles no greeting etc.
Bit over priced for what it was.
