Pros:

Very convenient, friendly staff.

Cons:

The bed mattress were not firm enough for support. There could of been blow dryer for the hair.

Very disappointed
Pros:

How nice the location and ark texture was. As well as the restaurant.

Cons:

The loud music and party the floor below, the next room being extremely loud keeping my three children up and banging around all night. Booked the hotel mainly for an indoor pool and the website does not display or mention pool being closed, and being denied for a late check out do to the max allowance for late check outs. Our entire North block was extremely loud and very disrespectful of others. And the room right next door started up the entire night bearable to stay after 3 am and following.

Pros:

Traveling through Eugene and found this place by accident. Beautiful grounds, right on the Willamette River, and clean, well appointed rooms.
Reception desk and restaurant wait staff were friendly and professional.
I'll be back!

The room was very spacious and clean.

Cons:

I think that coffee should be complimentary in the morning. Being charged two dollars for a mediocre cup of coffee was ridiculous.

Definitely would return!
Pros:

Property was beautifully kept. The staff provided excellent customer service. It was wonderful to come back in the evening to find fresh towels and the garbage emptied.

Cons:

There are no dislikes regarding the property.

Wonderful place to stay and would recommend!
Pros:

Updated, location is awesome and clean. Everything is great!

Cons:

The shower tub had soft spot. Didn’t have shower mats for safety. To make this place perfect it does need a covered warm pool and hot tub to use year round.

Pros:

Terrible. I have emailed the property 3 times with no responses. I had to cancel my trip last minute and never stepped foot into this property. They still charged me and will not communicate with me. Just terrible.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, location and facilities.

Cons:

The only concern was that the walls are paper thin and you could hear everything next door. We also have a 2 year old and we had to be extra cautious and make him quiet all the time so his noise wouldn't disturn others.

Our car broke down and the stay was needed and in walking distance of the car repair shop. The gentleman that checked us
