Nice people and a good location
Power outage prevented check in for several hours. Beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable

The location is wonderful, right on the river. Also nice to have such a great restaurant. Wonderful areas throughout the hotel to sit in.
Really the only complaint is the noise from the room above us, footsteps starting as early as 4:30 AM each morning.

Walls are paper thin. I could hear the guy in the room next door snoring all night long
Nice facility. Comfortable with a nice restaurant, bar, and workout facilities.
Upon checking out… I asked for an extra 30 minutes so I could finish up a zoom meeting. Surprisingly… the gentleman at the front desk was adamant that they could not allow me the 30 minutes I needed to finish my call. Given that the lot was empty, and most had already checked out after a busy weekend, it made no sense that they couldn’t start cleaning other rooms and let me check out at 11:30 AM. Great example of someone who simply couldn’t use common sense to make good on a reasonable request.
