Pros:

Located across street from my venue

Cons:

I’m in a wheelchair. The door is too heavy and fast closing.
Hallway had large laundry cart impeding thruway.
Room phones do not work.
Breakfast area not thought through. From setup of waffle making supplies (couldn’t reach around waffle iron) And all carb offerings. No protein or fruit

It was ok only because it was within walking to the convention center. Would probably not stay there again
Pros:

Close to the convention center, really hot water.

Cons:

Ice machine not working, soda machine not working, room had an odor I think the carpets were just filthy. Sink was not draining right. There is a lot of differ work.

Pros:

The Price was great.

Cons:

The property falls into a growing category of aging motels built in the 70s and 80s as bargain rate, maintained at bargain rate, and unsurprisingly are now old, rundown bargain rate motels. Unlike older rundown hotels built in earlier time, these aging motels have absolutely no character and no charm. As such, this hotels fits perfectly... with pool and workout areas closed off, dehumidifiers grinding loudly in the hall and a breakfast fit for an overweight truck driver.

Pros:

Friendly staff. Good location. Big room. As part of the breakfast, you make your own waffles. I would stay again.

Cons:

Carpet next to Air Con was a little damp. (But ive experienced that at other hotels).

Manageable, but borderline not comfortable.
Pros:

Grateful for the location and exceptionally kind staff. I got what I paid for. I was grateful my window view looked out to where my car was parked.

Cons:

It looked like the room hadn't been updated for decades (furniture including microwave / fridge, wall color/paint, carpet). The pocket door to the bathroom was stuck inside the wall. The color of the room was dark, the lighting too dim to make it at all cheery. There were stains on the walls, especially around the bathroom area. A strange odor from the AC unit? The water fluctuated hot / warm / cold while taking a shower, though managed. I booked a queen-sized bed but was given one with doubles instead. Sadly, the pictures looked more appealing than the actual room... Breakfast was meager - gravy for biscuits and gravy was like starch soup, not even warm, and no sausage in the gravy... I know things happen, but arriving to a hotel with police cars and them checking a vehicle out was discomforting - which is why I was grateful my window looked directly out to my car: I didn't quite feel safe.
