Convenient, helpful and pleasant staff.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and location. The hotel was close to everything we required, the staff very helpful and friendly. Our first room offered had a very strong smell of stale cigarette and we asked for an immediate change. This was offered immediately and we were very satisfied.

Cons:

The exterier was not as expected, with grounds being in quite a poor state - broken pathways and broken fencing. This did give the impression of the hotel being the same poor quality. However, this was not the case, but still created a bad impression.

Exceeded expectations!
Pros:

Booked a Twin Room via 3rd party app for 5 nights stay at under USD70/night. Surprised at the value that I got since the room had a hint of luxury/business feel to it, fluffy pillows, comfortable bed, daily housekeeping, etc. Large window provides a commanding view of the adjacent Jimei University Campus. Spacious desk is helpful as I work on my laptop every morning. Free bottled tea in the rooms, plus nightly free snacks downstairs (self service misua soup, etc). Neat minimalist room, exceptional T/B, and daily housekeeping is done.

Was innocently inquiring about views with reception on the 2nd night. And surprisingly, they offered me a free upgrade to a Double Room which is located at the higher floors.

Great Breakfast!
Pros:

The renovation looks new and the design is quite chic. Clean hotel and friendly staff. My friends absolutely loved the breakfast! I didnt try it but they swore it's better than the 5stars hotels!

Cons:

The location isn't at city center so it is very far to get anywhere. But it is close to the railway station and that's why we stayed there so we could get to the station quicker the next day.

Pros:

Great stay and impressively clean hotel
Pros:

I am impressed how clean the hotel and our room was. It is a pleasant stay and near jimei University where our daughter had her study tour for the summer. It is near bus stop, Wanda plaza mall and we sure going back if we had another chance. Thank you atour hotel and staff..

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike, even our daughter visited us and easily had a nap.. in less than a minute she already dozed off..

Pros:

staying in this hotel for 5 nights. Great value, spacious room, complete amenities, bathroom is clean. friendly staff, breakfast menu so variative and tasty. 3 minutes walk from wanda plaza jimei, strategic location.
20 minutes walking distance from huaqiao university language center but it's not a tough one.
