I booked double beds for my husband, daughter and I. We had one washcloth, 2 bath towels and a hand towels. Room didn’t

Nothing…..when I checked in the front desk person was rude and not friendly at all.
I said “hello, checking in” and his response was very bland and careless….he said nothing but “name and ID”. I gave him my name and ID, next it was “what type of room you want”?? I was so confused because I had already booked my room, I don’t understand why he wasn’t aware of the type of room I booked.

Cons:

Room was horrible, so old and outdated. Lots of people walking around looking like they live there and on drugs. No tv guide to help you with tv channels. The lighting fixtures over the beds did not work.

Terrible, horrible no good false advertisement
Pros:

Room was clean that’s about it. Everything else was horrible.

Cons:

It was false advertisement. I chose a premium room with premium bedding and premium snacks. When I got there I was told there’s no such thing as premium bedding and premium snacks so I paid all the extra money for nothing.

Convenience is what this place is good for
Pros:

convenient location to the airport, shuttles come to the property every 20 minutes. Clean sheets and bed.

Cons:

Not sure why all the doors look like someone had tried to break in but definitely didn’t make me feel good walking up to the room. Bathroom is very outdated.
