The reception is very rude

The reception is stupid . I book for 26/4/2026 .
C/I : 26/4/26 - 2.00pm or 3.00pm c/i time
C/O: 27:4/26- 12.00pm afternoon C/O time
I reach there hotel around 6.00am on 27/4/26
The reception told me , i cannot check in because the hotel run night audit at 4am or 5am . The reception mention, she cannot reinstate the previous booking .my booking reservation haven’t finish yet . I still have time until 12pm afternoon 27/4/26 . The check in details when i made booking . It’s show 24hours available for check in .
End i have ask to her supervisor or manager . Eventually she did . Her supervisor allowed and apologise to me . Claim the receptionist doesn’t know . I am sorry for that . Please up skill your receptionist with normal hotel procedures.

Great value and walkable to sunway medical centre
Pros:

Great location and great value. Walking distance to sunway medical centre. Lots of eatery also a small mall with grocery mart.

Cons:

Not to say is bad as i left my card in room and must get staff to open main door otherwise cant go back to my room. Although is great security feature.

I liked that its very convenient. Shops and restaurants outside.

Cons:

The bedsheet and comforter are soooooo dirty. Its like its never been washed, molds already building up and the smell of the room is terrible. The pillows are too soft and old like they never change for years.
