Very noisy hotel,
Juma is not qualified to be a manager of this property. We felt judged as guests from time of arrival, we extended our stay and was questioned if we paid for it. Juma was advised by his staff Emmanuel he still asked for a print out to reconfirm payment. Stay at Sarova more professional better hotel and cleaner
.
Travellers är ett väldigt bra hotell både för semester och arbetsresor. Många pooler, bra restauranger, fina rum, bra strand och trevlig presonal. Vi har varit här flera gånger tidigare och kommer säkerligen tillbaka igen framöver.
For a 4-star hotel this was quite a disappointment. It is a large but old hotel and very noisy with loud music from morning to evening. The service is slow and the beach restaurant menu has limited choices with most of the seafood was unavailable during our stay. It can take up to 30 minutes to get a drink.
Your best option is Safina Restaurant who has good breakfast variety and buffet at night.
A lovely place to spend your holiday. The staff were very friendly and did their best to make your stay enjoyable.
The only issue was the air conditioning in the room was not working and I had to use a fan.
Run down hotel with a limited bland food menu. There was a wasp buzzing in our room all night. Not worth the $ we paid
Great location with easy access from mombasa airport. Good for beach walks.
The internet was not working for the first couple of days which made working difficult. The construction was also very noisy; you could consider not hosting guests in rooms that are right next to construction as it is disturbing to sleep.
It was also a bit strange that we had to go to a different restaurant far away just because we were new guests...might guests be able to choose where they eat?
Service and staff were wonderful, especially Martin who was extremely kind and helpful.
Nice, clean place. Very nice staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Superior room was okay although the bathroom needed an update
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Travellers and would definitely come back.
The customer service was spectacular. We were first greeted by Elias, then the rest of the staff and all was immensely appreciated.
Huge apprciation to the chef, who would come out at the end and individually ask us what our thoughts were. The buffet food was so delicious. To top it off, we were sick and he even cooked up a rice dish especially for us.
Unfortunately the rooms are very dated and need a renovation. Bathrooms quite unpleasant.
The pool and recreational activities are very good!
I would suggest for the hotel to implement a policy where you can only leave your towel on a sunbed for 30 minutes. Most of the time no one is on the bed and it's wasteful and under utilised.
Great
Excellent rooms.
Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes kein warmes Wasser zum duschen und man hat es nicht in den Griff bekommen
Paid a lot of money (for me) for two nights in this hotel based on the fact that I had visited there and used the pool etc.
Unfortunately the service was not equal to the surroundings. The staff (one or two in particular) were robotic and unresponsive, they seemed to be more interested in procedure than customer service or care. I personally find it crazy when you have staff who just seem very unhelpful, rigid and unwilling to change their position (whatever that might be)
What a shame!! As the hotel and its location are phenomenal …. Completely let down be front desk (first point of contact) staff. There needs to be some training here I think, staff need to understand that first priority is the care of guests NOT procedure.
It was a relaxed stay. Was able to complete editing and online publication with Apple Books of a new book on "Health Policy for Climate Change". Value for money for **** star hotel.
Excellent but the water in the room was salty and the hot water didn't flow well in the morning.
Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Essen, sehr hilfreiches Personal.
Excellent service, very friendly and accommodating. I will only stay at Travellers’s Hotel in Mombasa for my upcoming dates, security is on their game, loved it. Best waiter is a gentleman called bush man, talk about above and beyond.
