Прекрасна місцевість, великий готель побудований окремими вілами, великий та різноманітний СПА, є організовані комплексом розваги і смачна закарпатська їжа в колоритному ресторані, на мангалі та з окремою гастро-вечерею з шеф-кузарем по суботам. Рекомендую

Cons:

Взагалі все сподобалось. Дівчатам-адміністраторам трохи треба піднімати власні навички до європейських. Хоча вони люб'язні та стараються допомагати.

Затишний комфортний номер, клипактний, але є все необхідне. Гарний вид з вікна. Привітний персонал, виконували дуже особисті прохання швидко і конфеденційно. Сніданки великі, але не вистачало овочів і варіантів для дітей.

Дуже люблю цей готель, відпочивали в ньому не в перше! Все гарно: природа, ресторан, послуги!

цього року ми на самому початку захворіли Ковід та прийшлося повертатися додому значно раніше , ніж у нас було сплачено. На моє прохання про повернення коштів або переніс дат відпочинку на будь який термін, ми отримали відмову, аргумент якої був, що бронь відбулася через буккінг а не в самому готелі. На мій лист до букінг питання вирішено не було, нажаль
