Красива природа, комфортні номери з міні кухнею (є все що необхідно). Смачна їжа в ресторані. Найкращий чан в лісі. Гарний СПА.

Cons:

Низький рівень шумоізоляції, це традиційно для деревʼяних котеджей.

Дуже комфортний та зручний котедж. Сервіс був на високому рівні. Відпочивали 4 дні і отримали повноціннний відпочинок.

Cons:

Нас зустрічала адміністратор і вона була або виснажена або надмінна, було таке враження що адміністратор трохи роздратована, віяло «прохолодою»

Гарний готель, є розчини для всієї родини навпротязі цілого року.

Cons:

Розташування, не вистачає якогось трансферу що буде входити у вартість проживання щоб спускатись і підійматись до гірськолижної траси та назад до готелю кожного разу, а не тільки при заїзді і виїзді. Також завищена вартість страв(до прикладу варена гречка за 100 г 90 грн)

Дуже гарний готель, але враховуючи що поруч нема супермаркету, було б добре додати косметику у ванну кімнату

Загалом сподобалось. Хотілось би повернутись ще
Pros:

Досить великий та чистий номер. В номері була невелика ялинка, що дуже приємно і додавало святкового настрою. Білосніжне постільне, рушники, халати в номері, жодних претензій. Температура регулюється в приміщенні самостійно, окремо є кондиціонер. В ванній підлога з підігрівом. Меблі не затерті, все має охайний, доглянутий вигляд. Читали коментарі, що в номерах дуже чутно сусідів і були до цього готові, дійсно шумоізоляція недуже, але будиночок з дерева, тому відповідно й звук буде добре чутно, але приблизно 23:00 всі сусіди затихали, тому дискомфорту від того практично не було.
Дуже гарно оформлений ресторан, їжу можна замовляти в номер, досить зручно. За весь відпочинок замовили 5 страв, краще всього був лише сніданок, не можу віднести це до мінусів, оскільки у всіх різні смаки, комусь кухня може сподобатись більше. Враховуючи наявність мікрохвильової, холодильника та набору посуду, вирішити питання з харчуванням можливо. В номері є чайник та чай з кавою.
Велика зона СПА, але шкода, що оплата лише по 3 години, навіть якщо ви прийшли під кінець - оплата за 3 години, можливо, якби можна було оплачувати кожну годину окремо, для людей які проживають в готелі, було б зручніше.
Поруч ліс. Пішки від готелю спускатись буде складно, він в самому верху, досить крутий спуск, але є плюси, в гарну погоду можна побачити красу навколо, заворожуючі краєвиди.

Чудові, незабутні враження. Ціна/якість відповідають одне одному. Плюси затьмарюють мінуси. Обовʼязково повернемось
Pros:

1. Саме розташування (локація ДУЖЕ мальовнича). Відчуття затишку як в номері, так і на території.
2. Все поряд, буквально в пʼяти кроках (Колиба, СПА, чани, гори). Не треба їхати чи довго йти кудись.
3. ДУЖЕ смачна кухня, чудові сніданки.
4. Гарне різноманіття СПА. (АЛЕ басейн, до речі, замалий - субʼєктивно до 4 осіб максимум, зазвичай було від 8).
5. Пан Василь (гід) та підйом на гору🥹
6. Великий паркінг.

Cons:

1. Не весь персонал привітний (офіціанти в колибі, чи адмін у спа). Було відчуття ніби вони перевтомлені, чи незацікавлені.
2. Це може субʼєктивно, але незрозумілий датчик регулювання температури в кімнаті. Батареї були або холодні, або розпечені як магма Везувію (неможливо доторкнутись).
