Sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbares Stadthotel.

Sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbares Hotel.
Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel.
Wir haben sehr kurzfristig eine Nacht im Hotel gebucht.
Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang.
Man bekommt auch Tipps für die nähere Umgebung.
Wir haben ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten - trotz spontaner Buchung.

Cons:

Bei unserem Aufenthalt Anfang Juni gab es noch eine größere Renovierung im Hotelrestaurant, weshalb es etwas lauter war.
Leider war das Bettlaken etwas fleckig, was jedoch sofort und sehr schnell gewechselt wurde.
Das Badezimmer ist etwas älter.

Bel établissement à entretenir.
Pros:

Partiellement en travaux, les parties disponibles étaient propres et agréables

Cons:

Garder un œil sur le bon état des choses: ex volet électrique qui ne fonctionne plus en descente. La paroie de douche oxydée à la base. La tv complètement déréglée.
Petit déjeuner bien servi mais pas de beurre à disposition.

BED BUG INFESTATION!!!
Cons:

The hotel was located on a dark, isolated street that felt unsafe, especially at night. There were groups of people loitering nearby, which made us feel uncomfortable.

When we arrived late at night, tired from our journey, we immediately noticed something was wrong with the room. After checking more carefully, we realized that the bed sheets had not been changed; they had simply been neatly remade.

After lying on the bed for a short while, our whole bodies started itching. We then discovered that the bedding underneath was dirty and had not been replaced. When we stripped the bed and inspected it more closely, we found BED BUGS! It was absolutely horrifying.

The hotel tried to offer us another room, but the second room had exactly the same problem. It was also very dirty. Under no circumstances should a hotel room have BED BUGS!

Finding bed bugs in the room was shocking and created a serious health and hygiene concern.

As a result, we were forced to change hotels at midnight and move elsewhere, where the conditions were much better.

We requested compensation for the inconvenience, but the hotel refused to provide any refund or compensation.
