Red Roof Inn Chicago - Lansing

i found a mini bag of c**** rocks under the bed while looking for my belongings. looked to the other side of bed and found an even bigger bag of who knows what.. i dont know who's stash room we slept in for the night but this place and room 245 will never see me again. h*llll no!!!!!

I have no complaints friendly staff and convient to express way and reasonable prices as well

The staff and place of location is very reasonable honestly I haven't had any problems with anything there I have seen all negative reviews I don't have any due to it is comfortable living area were I have stayed for longer periods at a time

This location is very terrible.I paid 74 dollars for a dirty room dirty towels not enough towels no ice bucket no table nor chair. Roaches everywhere. I couldn’t get a refund.I ended up packing up and just leaving. I do not think management gives a crap about those rooms being a hot nasty mess. They should be ashamed. They need to be closed down and board of health needs to be contacted. I passed all this information along to my father with pictures for proof and he is about to enjoy getting this place closed. Do not spend your money here.

These rooms are below standards stains on the beds, cigarette holes on the sheets
How do these people? Stay in business like this they would not live in the same rooms that they rent out to customers.

Great stay at Red Roof Lansing! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location right off the highway. Excellent value for the price. Would book again.

I stayed one night just to have a moment to breath from a fresh move into a new apartment with boxes everywhere. I'll just say I'd rather have slept on the boxes, especially after waking up to roaches greeting me in the bathroom.

There was a roach and we could barely get the door open! The sheets were so thin I could see the mattress and the comforter had all types of stains and burn holes and rips

The place is run down and a little scary.

Would book this place to a homeless person on the street. Please do not settle, you will indeed regret it. Bugs, Ash, Mold, Dirty Towels, etc.

Man drugs begin sold ghetto dogs in every room more like a shelter just bad

The rooms were clean

There was mold in every room, we had to be switched rooms and it was still gross, shower head didnt work, ghetto, loud, nasty linens, ect. NEVER AGAIN.

Nothing was right with this location.

Floor had not been swept or mopped, lamp had no shade on it, AC was broken, bed had no comforter, decorative blanket/coverlet had stains, pillow had stains, lamp above bed missing cover over the lightbulb, office chair had no wheels, both night stands were broken, entertainment center was broken, door was stained with dirt and grime had not been washed in some time, curtain had stains, bed skirt was torn, visible dirt and other dabree in the crevices of the mattress, parts of base boards were broken or coming off, There was no channel access on the TV, lots of dust behind TV and dust on other surfaces. Fire alarm was disconnected and more. There was also dog fights happening and prostitutes in and out all night.

There was roaches and a non working microwave and we had told them our tv wasn’t working and they said they’d send maintenance but never did and we had to figure it out ourselves. I will NEVER stay here again! I would like a FULL refund!

Its was terrible they had roaches didn't want to give me a refund or changed rooms because it was filled up
