Everything was horrible plus the staff was trying to over charge me and they were hell bent on keeping my deposit
The location was the only good thing
We arrived after 9pm and half the parking lot was roped off, there wasn't a single parking spot open for us so I had to go back in to ask where to park. They opened the other side, about 30 cars had to park there so I'm not sure where the hell they expected all those people to park without opening up that other side, it shouldn't have been blocked to begin with. The deadbolt on our door was rusty and loose, the door didn't look like it closed securely, there were a bunch of small hairs on the sheets in our bed, I am in a walking boot for an injury and they put us in the absolute furthest room from the elevators. At midnight someone was knocking on our door, scaring my daughter. The TV only gets about 3 channels and there's no guide or anything to know what ones are what. When I was checking in another guest came in angry and said that they'd given him a room that was already occupied and he walked in on a mother and daughter. The room was humid and the bed and sheets were terribly uncomfortable. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all. We ended up leaving on Saturday morning and not staying for our second night even though I had already paid for it.

There isn't a live person; you have to deal with a person on video. Looks like an ATM machine. The smoke alarms went off in our room, and I called the office, but they hung up on me. I had to call the fire department. I never heard back from the office.

It’s a red roof and I like staying at them and watch my vehicle as I carry a lot of tools.
There are too many things to list about this location. First of all, you have to check in using a kiosk. There’s absolutely no personal service.
This is definitely a Habib Hilton. They have Roku TVs in their hotel we’re the only channels you get are pretty much garbage that nobody watches because it’s free. They can’t even spring for basic cable. It’s ridiculous.
If you try to get a hold of them by phone, whether it’s your own personal phone or the hotel room phone the front desk attendant does not answer. They keep hanging up on you.
I left a pretty scathing review on Google and the manager responded with the same typical response that we try to do better.
This place is a shit hole go across the street to the Comfort Inn and spend the extra five dollars
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

You’re checked in by a virtual agent on a kiosk even though someone is visibly at the front desk.The woman abruptly directed me towards the kiosk.The kiosk wasn’t aware of the premium package or informing me of the elevator location even though my room was on the 3rd floor.There was a storm and the bathroom light went out but when I called they said there was no one on site to look at it and I would need to be there to let maintenance in the room.People argued and fought in the parking lot all night.When I checked out I asked for a receipt the same woman that didn’t want to help me came out yelling at the Virtual assistant about how to do his job and rushing him because she was about to leave.She asked me why I asked for snacks but didn’t eat them? The snacks came with the room I don’t have an interest in Belvita cookies & hot apple juice.She said I shouldn’t waste the snacks.While waiting at the printer she asked why I had not responded to the review text and to give them a 5 star rating in return she would give me 40% off my next stay.I reminded her I wasn’t local and would rather not give a review because I don’t have anything nice to say. She said I can still just give them 5 stars
