Cons:

Having to check in with someone online and not in person was a nightmare. There was 2 people ahead of me trying to check in and everyone struggled with their id s not being read by the camera. And connection to the employee on the screen was horrible. It kept freezing and cutting out randomly. I kept having to repeat things multiple times. And at some point the screen froze for 2 minutes. Id scanner didn’t work and I had to hold up my license up to the camera. I don’t think I m ever returning to red roof inn again. Checking in shouldn’t be so difficult

I will not be staying at another Red Roof ever at.
Cons:

Poor internet. Ver poor TV channel options. Towels were small and not comfortable. AC was hit & miss

Cons:

The room immediately smelled of cigarette smoke, which was odd, given you had to sign off on it being a no smoke facility at the risk of a $100 charge.
