AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST
Pros:

I would not recommend staying here: 1-the second level is literally collapsing/falling off and they are still booking customers in those rooms. 2-They leave only one employee on site from 5pm to 7am. If you have a problem in your room they cannot attend it as they are not permitted to depart the front desk. 3-The bathroom toilet could not be used, it was overflowing. 3-There is no onsite maintenance over the same hours. 4-The sink is shallow and backs up rinsing hands or brushing teeth. 5-Stayers openly collaborate and smoke outside the doors causing their smoke to filter through the wall unit air conditioner into your room. I was traveling with an asthmatic allergic to smoke, and booked a smoke free room. 6-Management (Erika) is not interested in resolving on site issues to improve your stay. She is not skilled in customer service and has no desire in feedback, her employee safety and well being, or the safety and wellbeing of the customers. She is verbally aggressive, interested in attacking you in the company of other customers, she is loud, and interrupts as you simply try to express concerns and discuss resolution. This establishment is a city code violation. I have stayed at many Red Roof properties, this is clearly a poor representation of the chain.

Quiet and Peaceful Stay
Pros:

Convenient location for work and all to see down Naperville. Staff were courteous from the front desk to housekeeping.

Cons:

I wish the standard king rooms had a refrigerator and microwave. Only upgraded rooms do so I brought my cooler. One ice machine and microwave exists for any guest to use. Which is okay.

I don't like it
Pros:

The was guess smoking every day just out side the room and not just cigarettes, but other substances to.
The was so lout outside in the hallway, the also have a fight.
The microwave didn’t work and I ask for one, they said they don’t have any other available, so we started with out for six days until the last day, they give us one.
They have something on the bed that make us itch.
No good if you if you travel with kids.
