. Staff were nice.

Cons:

Filthy. Floors were nasty, refused to walk barefoot. Bathroom door wouldnt close. Tub drain clogged, mattress lumpy. Could hear neighbors all night. Smelled stale, furniture dingy and ragged

My room was spacious and the bed was big and amazing
Hotel is next to Jewel Osco and various restaurants. Location is perfect.

Pros:

I would recommend only getting even number rooms, these rooms have been renovated.
The odd number rooms are not as nice.
The management changed my room upon my request

Celkově byl pobyt znepokojující. Ale únava už mi nedovolila řešit náhradu.

Cons:

Po check-in jsem přišel na pokoj a tam rozestlané postele. Po výměně pokoje jsem zjistil, že je ubytování dost špinavé. Postel byla na první pohled v pořádku, tak jsem šel po opravdu náročném dni spát.

Bates motel vibes but with nice staff

The staff at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

Roach in the room, didn't feel clean, stains on furniture and whole room felt like it needed a deep clean.

Room was dirty and smelly. Needed attention and updating. AC was inadequate and smelled awful when running. Change filter prompt visible. Mattress horrible and mattress cover was ripped and filthy
