There was no breakfast. The door lock was not secure. I couldn’t lock the door from inside my room 118. The air conditioning unit//heater did not work at all. Safety and overall comfort matters

NOTHING!!!! IT WAS A MESS!!!!

The property was terrible! It needs to be renovated! The shower was nasty! The paint was falling off the walls! The room had a terrible odor! THE HEAT DID NOT WORK! The elevator was sounding like it was fixing to break! The bed was caving IN! IT IS AWFUL! DO NOT STAY! AVOID!!!

The employees are young and have nasty attitudes especially the one name Tae with the dirty dreadlocks in her hair..And the gigantic Mexican lady has a horrible attitude and is very cocky if they got rid of them 2 it would be a better place
