The front desk lady was very impersonal and not friendly.
Location is close to restaurants.
The facade of being renovated but the disrepair in the back end and poor cleanliness. Room smelt like cleaned up pet messes.
Court yard and pool where Great for the price
A great place to stay. The staff was very nice.
Staff was pleasant and helpful. Hard working.Rooms had space for clothes and were clean.
Comfortable bed
Room wasn't very clean and few tissues or comfortable seating area.
The jetted bathtub was in fact not clean the water had black spots all in it we ran it three times. I was told I would get a discount for it not working properly and I never received it.
All other hotels in Knoxville were sold out. This place is dirty and smells like weed everywhere. If this is the last place with rooms during your trip, just sleep in your car.
Parking was adequate. Restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly.
Breakfast was not the best. Waffle irons available but not turned on and no waffle mix. No salt and pepper for eggs. First morning gravy was very watery. Second morning gravy was better. Did have 2 yogurt options. No fresh fruit available. Bread options were limited to white bread or bagels. We chose this hotel because the picture had the waffle makers. Traveling with an 8 year old that was excited about getting waffles for breakfast.
Unfortunately not a lot.
Bathroom was clean, but the bed had several hairs and small bugs under the covers. The fridge was unclean and dusty. Staff were rude and unwelcoming. Didn’t sleep at all due to the sun-level brightness of the parking lot light directly outside our window, and staff (and possibly other patrons) loudly talking in the corridors in the early hours of the morning (seen from our door peephole as I couldn’t believe the noise). From approx 2:20am to 2:50am there was someone shouting loudly in the corridor, which was very discomforting.
The room was very spacious. The breakfast was good and all the staff that we encountered were very nice.
The ice machine near our room was out of order. Our hand soap dispenser didn't work.
