cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitacion asquerosa, llena de cucarachas, de polvo y cuando mire las camas sin hacer y las almohadas que debian ser blancas, estaban cafe de suciedad, obiamente no iba a quedarme nen eso con mis hijos, asi que fui a pedir la devolucion del dinero y ahi decicieron darnos una habitacion limpia, pero aun asi fue una experiencia horrible, el baño sin agua en el estanque, habian cucarachas, por la hora que era nos quedamos, duramos 3 horas, dormimos un poco y seguimos nuestro camino, pero fue el peor hotel que he visitado.

Horrible experience with no refund

The clerk was rude I booked my stay on booking.com for my fiance I listed his name as the guest and the clerk told him he would have to pay out of pocket because I wasn't there. Also I called 25 times on the 13th the clerk looked at the phone and let it ring . There were no customers to be checked in and they still refused to answer said my fiance while I was on the phone calling three-way. I've called and asked for the manager to approve my money being returned and still have not received my money an apology or no compensation. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone because the customer service sucks and my room had cobwebs behind and over the door. Mold and nail polish and the bathroom counter. Housekeeping barely showed up. I don't know what is going on but this hotel clerks and staff needs to get it together.
