They were so lazy and ignorant, they didn't let me get another room denied customer service to me and I had the money they claim they didn't have any rooms but after I got back in my car I looked into the hotel website they definitely had rooms available so i made a reservation he still wouldn't give me a room they're remote and tv wasn't working in 217 they didn't have no pillows
